Yep 5 years!! ET Tonight said they got engaged on October 17th in Oklahoma. I'm super surprised they kept it secret for 10 days but I love that they kept it to themselves. I predict at least a year engagement but sooner would be nice! Smiley

Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said they were "devastated by the news."

"He was and shall always be remembered as the original James Bond whose indelible entrance into cinema history began when he announced those unforgettable words -- `The name's Bond... James Bond,"' they said in a statement.

The producers said Connery's "gritty and witty portrayal of the sexy and charismatic secret agent" was largely responsible for the success of the series.

My son was attending a Catholic High School when the band first formed. They were to perform at his high school. They were local guys from the Toronto area. Parents voiced their displeasure because of the name. The performance got cancelled. They went on to become famous. laugh out loud
