^^ if you mean on the board, it's a page back or on Jay's IG. If you mean when it was taken. It looks like they had a party while he was gone. Can't tell who the cake is for. If it was for Sean since he proposed the day after his birthday maybe texted it to him.

It was Sherry's Birthday and Sean was not at the birthday celebration because he was on the bachelor so since they were missing him so much they decided to send him a message. Shay shared the story if I remember correctly.
