I've always thought those flowered panels are actually blinds. And also, it looks like a normal restaurant, with different patrons sitting at their own tables. I think those pics of CH are just a dinner out while in Fiji.

Dinner set up outside the restaurant on deck around pool. Chairs and lanterns are a match.

EXCELLENT! Where do I send the check? Funny, I emailed them that picture last week and they told me it wasn't there! That's where my gut had said it was.
