This is the trashiest show possible that just squeaks by, barely, past the censors. I can't imagine watching this and hoping for klassiness, without the k, but to each their own.

I actually thought the article was very funny.  No judgement on Amanda for being a waitress/server.  That is good job and waitress/waiters/servers can earn an excellent wage.  As a "foodie"  the service makes or breaks a restaurant.      JMO

If you want trash and bare naked ladies because you like that crap, you don't go to Hooters. I've been many times, and IMO they are cloathed more than some of the young ladies I see walking down the street or some of the tops the contestants wear. They are normal waitress's who work just as hard as the next one.

I don't think any less of Amanda for working there.

I think it's just the reputation Hooters has. Go to Jack Astor's at 11 pm on a Friday night and the waitresses aren't dressed much differently .

Some of the cast during filming wear less.

I wouldn't work there, but it's not that bad. She was a little younger. She seems pretty classy and it was probably just a side job for her. I still really like her. I think she would be a great Bachelorette.

Been tied up with real life and catching up. I am in awe of Jubilee's military service at such a young age. Being a single parent (my ex had no interest in parenting so I really was a single parent) with two very young children, self employed and working from home to balance supporting them and being a hands on Mom was stressful, but I would NEVER compare my experience as a single parent to the grueling, life on the line, sacrificing for your country military service.

Sorry,but I have no sympathy for the single parents who choose to go on the show. I didn't plan to raise my children alone but those are the cards life dealt me so I just had to suck it up and do it (and despite the stress at times, a phase of my life that was extremely special). My kids didn't ask to be raised by a single parent either, surely would have enjoyed having a Dad in their life like the other kids. Bottom line was someone needed to be the adult in the family unit and that was me since they were young,vulnerable children and needed an adult they knew they could consistently rely on to meet their needs.

Personally I found it difficult enough to leave them for 8 hours to go on an old fashioned dinner and movie date. Leaving my kids for 8 weeks to go on a silly show is truly beyond my comprehension, but hey it's her life, her choice, but when you make that choice, own it and don't turn on the crocodile tears.

I admit, I was a little disappointed but I remember that Jade did full-on nudity for Playboy and she (despite the shilling) is one of the sweetest, down to earth, and likable people from the franchise. Well said!  Jade's nude video of her making love to a pole is still "floating" around the internet, and she seems very sweet.  All of the contestants have a past.

It's not fair for the children when the parents go on this trashy show to find "love". Seriously?!! Not only I feel sorry for the kids but TB too. In this case, Ben was obviously NOT into Amanda at all, but after telling him her "story", what was he supposed to do? Ben is a great guy so....

Personally, I'll not watch if she is the 'rette cause I think it's so wrong on so many levels.
