Maybe. I do like that thought. I gotta admit, this episode makes me plummet my confidence in these two working out. But if it's going to work, Lauren needs to get in touch with Chris Seigfried and Molly Mesnick ASAP for some major advice, if she hasn't already.

Yeah, I find it very interesting that she chose to like that bachelor moment, when there were so many of them. I was like woah, she sending a subtle clue, at least imo I feel like Ben had warned her it would be bad and what was going to happen.

I don't know what I want for her right now. That she's happy, I guess. I remember after Brooks left thinking that Des didn't feel for Chris or Drew anywhere near what she felt for Brooks so how could one propose? It kind of ruined a great proposal for me. I really hope Ben fixes this next week, but it almost seems... dirty now or something. However, if Lauren can forgive him, I guess it should be easy for me to. He didn't do this to me.

I hope Ben was incredibly upfront and honest with her from the ready. Like seriously honest even in proposal moment like Des was with Chris. If she can forgive him, I will too. But both his multiple, multiple ILY's were just so incredibly short sighted and revealed his age and immaturity for the first time to me. It came off terribly selfish, and he didn't think through the ramifications of what he was doing at all. I don't blame him for the feelings if that is truly what his heart was feeling, but the words, to verbalized those feelings in such a way- not a good look, Ben.

After this, yeah, I kinda agree with Ben. Lauren is too good for him.

If the spoilers are correct, after tonight I don't see how they don't give JoJo the Bachelorette gig. JoJo will be/is completely fine and can put this behind her. But this is Lauren's real life, she really has to deal with this. Her family and friends, the whole country just watched this... Humiliating. Not to mention she's also stuck helping Ben pick up the pieces of what looks like ended up being a rather traumatic experience. He's likely in emotional hell post filming/maybe still even is, and she needs to help pick him back up.

If there is a foiler, Lauren has to deal with getting rejected like THAT in the worst way posible, plus having the world think she won. LAUREN deserves the Bachette gig if that's the case.

Ben really showed his age tonight, I'm sorry. If he really loves these girls like he professed over and over, he never would have put either in this position.

Agree!! Can't even imagine now how this will all play out, and Lauren is his F1...her happiness and thinking she's so special in Ben's eyes, when in 'reality' he has TWO true loves, ugh! Seriously! Then saying I love you again to the F1 AND F2 right before he proposes? hmmm

I wanted to smack Chris after he asked both girls how things went, that gleeful smile of his! Feel for Lauren no matter which way this goes, can imagine how she's feeling watching all this now!

The moment when Lauren said to CH that she told him she loved him, and She got it back confidently, I was like no..... poor lolo

I mean how can Ben be more confident in this when he's more confused than ever and in love with 2 women?!

Hopefully! Lauren wins, Jojo is now the next bachelorette so that leaves me pissed. Wishing nothing but the best for they relationship.

Interesting that blog post came out the same time as the engagement news. I can see tptb behind the scenes now loving every minute of this, hate how manipulated this gets.

Not sure how I feel about everything right now, just hope Ben gives us something in that last episode and ATFR to 'redeem' himself, for me anyway, and his F1.
