Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers* - #5

Maybe it was their way for the public to grow fond of JoJo and sympathetic since she was gonna possibly be the Bachelorette. It seems like the JoJo show since the HTD. They kept down playing Lauren and Ben since then. It's been way more heavily focused on her imo. I still hope we get more Lauren and Ben stuff but I guess it's too late.

I just want to remind everyone this is the Lauren thread. So at this point please keep the discussion the the next "ette and JoJo in that thread.

I agree that Ben saying he wants to marry right away is reassurance and not a great sign of everyone (ben and lauren) feeling secure in the relationship. They only spent a very short amount of time together during the show so any reasonable person would say (and i think both ben and lauren are reasonable) they would want to really really get to know each other. esp after what lauren's family told her about them knowing each other for a short time.

many times if there's smoke there's usually fire and since ben himself has admitted she's gone through hell that's strong enough phrasing to indicate it's not been a smooth ride for them him saying he need to really love on her also shows the same thing that he feels the need to reverse the impact/damage the show has done on her "having gone through her". The real Q is will ben and lauren work through it or give up? only time will tell.

They have been announcing the 'Ette on AFTR since Des's season if my memory serves me right. As far as TPTB is concerned, Ben's season was over a couple of weeks ago & their focus is now the 'Ette. This is show to TPTB not a celebration of the final couple, that's the job of the fans of the final couple as far as TPTB is concerned, all JMO.

don't think i've seen this posted yet but it's a new sneak peek of lauren (sorry if it has been posted!)

I hadn't seen this video, and I'm not sure if a lot of other people have as well. It was last weekend at the WTA. Lauren seems so mature, patient, and understanding.

Ben is sooooooo well spoken .. It is a joy to listen To him.....
