ETA: then again I guess it depends on how loosely or stringently Mills was using "doctor" as I am not sure this guy has a MD or DO but understand "doctor" can be used as vernacular outside those distinctions.

I just watched it again. When Rachel is talking to Ellen she doesn't say it was the first kiss. While the guys are standing in line, Ellen asks does anyone have any reaction to learn that she's kissed someone already, can't remember his name says he wants to know when it's his turn. Bryan says she's a great kisser, Willie seconds it. At this point we still don't know that it's a first kiss.

Ellen says the person who earns the most money will play a game and that winner always wins. While the guys are dancing, Ellen asks to look at the guy that doesn't know how to dance. Rachel asks where is he, the camera pans to Peter.

Rachel says "I don't even have to tell you who the first kisser is cuz he told already" Ellen says something, it sounds like him? camera pans back to them, Rachel nods her head yes, Ellen says we don't like that, Rachel is nodding, then says personalities coming out maybe referring to the way they are dancing?

We know Willie seconded it, the other guy forget his name, wondered when his turn was, no one else said anything about a kiss, other than Bryan. Rachel confirms he already told, and mentioned "first kiss" to Ellen while the guys were dancing. IMO it was Bryan.

Well, if he's the villain than telling he kissed her and that comment about sloppy seconds was perfect. He's playing his role to the hilt.

I agree with the first kiss being Bryan, and it being the "swept off her feet" kiss. That's what I got. It was Jonathan (the one already on our list, the other doctor) that stated he wants to know when it's his turn.
