Oh absolutely. I think he rubbed everyone the wrong way. I don't think his comment speaks well on how he views women. I am trying to reserve further judgement until I see the show.

I am trying to give this guy the benefit of the doubt but I just can't warm to him...

I totally agree! It is hard to warm up to him. However, if he turns out to be a genuine guy who truly falls in love with Rachel, then I will not have a problem with him being the F1. I can see that they have a chemistry between them but I will wait until this season starts to see if it is genuine. JMHO

Re the bold, your speculation was correct. I found confirmation on what Rachel does at her law firm.

Maybe Brian is pursuing Rachel so hard because he wants a permanent lawyer. I really don't like him at all. Both of those dismissals with prejudice sound like settlements to me, as opposed to granting of a motion to dismiss or summary judgment (the latter two of which would indicate that Brian isn't actually liable).

I hope he proves me wrong, but everything about him just says sketch. I really hope she ends up with Eric or Peter.

That's pretty hilariously ironic that Rachel practices that type of law.

Maybe he really is a good kisser.

He has Colombia blood, so I wouldn't be surprised. Honestly, if Bryan is the guy that gave her the kissed that swept her off her feet, I don't see how anyone else can beat that. She was probably half way in love.

Still on my Peter for F1 train. Hopefully, he can beat that.

Actually a dismissal with prejudice means the case had no merit and cannot be brought up for trial again. It's as good as saying the case was frivolous.

"A dismissal with prejudice is dismissal of a case on merits after adjudication.The plaintiff is barred from bringing an action on the same claim. Dismissal with prejudice is a final judgment and the case becomes res judicata on the claims that were or could have been brought in it." Source: US Legal.com


As for whether Bryan's intentions are true or not, I tend to be more cautious and reserve judgment until I actually see him on screen (and even then that's suspect because of editing).

I wasn't a fan of the "sloppy seconds" comment, but I really don't feel like it's that terrible in the grand scheme of things. For me, I'm not going to judge him based on that or based on some dismissed legal issues of which I do not know all the facts.

IMO Rachel's F4 are all very physically attractive. As for the F1, I'm going to go with my gut that the "bad boy" will win over the "nice guy" as per the rom com trope/narrative & IMO.

Well based on the distribution of the dates and the pattern with this franchise Bryan is the likely F1.

But again, nothing is impossible.

On the M&G night, one of the posters here posted a pic of a binder from Fleiss's tweet that had Elle and Emmett written on it, a throwback to the movie Legally blonde. Who knows if they script it similar to that movie or if those are just the code names for Rachel and her F1. I will be looking for parallels between Rachel's F1 and Emmett So far I don't see the similarity beween Emmett and Bryan based on the little we know of him but looking forward to getting to know the edited / real version of Bryan when the show airs....all jmo.
