She is very pretty, I agree. IMO she'll at least make it top 6 if she got a 1:1- he's getting down to the core girls at this point.

I'm not going to say she can do better because IMHO there's nothing wrong with a guy who is mature, employed, knows what he wants, is kind and considerate. We don't know much about her, maybe Arie can do better IMHO or she's just not a good fit for him. She's in her late 20's, perhaps she's not ready for a long term relationship. Two different places in their lives. She graduated from Yale in 2012 and she's a property manager? Maybe she's immature, maybe she's looking to model, who knows. Although she's gorgeous I personally don't see him long term with her.

Gorgeous--maybe to some. To me she's pretty, especially with a full dose of professionally applied makeup. Personality? We don't have any idea. A match for Arie? I'd doubt it, but certainly NOT because she can do better. IMO. Arie is a nice looking (some say drool-worthy), smart, employed, fun-loving, adventurous, caring, well-spoken man with a great family. Sounds like he has "better" covered. IMO.
