Just remember that the locations the show visits are all given in exchange for publicity. So... Gold Coast venues must have ponied up!

Oh YIKES that is not good.  Why not head on up to BrisVegas and take in a strip show while they're at it?

Americans are going to think Australia exists in the Biff Tannen alternate timeline from Back to the Future II.

Given filming is in Australia, if the FRC is filmed there then it's highly likely that there will be paparazzi photos of the finale given matrix and diimex. Even if it is remote, I can see the paparazzi there getting some pics for F2. So may want to check those out those who sleuth Aussie seasons and are aware of those sites. They likely will be sold to media (Daily Mail for one) so no need for RS if that's the case.

Aren't there a lot of National parks in the area as well as conservation sites and animal parks? Also, where is the Crystal Caves from the Gold Coast? Just trying to get my bearings there.

@Aunties_Love I'm not personally familiar with the Crystal Caves, but when I googled them, they are near Cairns, which is not close to the Gold Coast, in fact it would be a 19 hour drive, so maybe a 3 hour flight? So if the producers were visiting Crystal Caves as a potential site, they would be more likely to be filming in Far North Queensland, which is a far more attractive prospect than the Gold Coast, it's a very beautiful part of the world.

Having said that, there are some very nice national parks and areas of beauty near the Gold Coast, it's just that the Gold Coast itself is generally perceived by a lot of Australians to be a bit trashy, but I'm sure that TPTB of the Bach US has no care for what Australians think    and I'm sure they'll find some pretty backdrops to tell whatever story they are spinning for this season.

So he just said what we already knew/could figure out. I really don't think he knows much this season at all. ALL IMO
