I honestly feel for Clare. I really do. However, I think it would be really beneficial for her to do some self-reflection and to acknowledge her part in this. You can't make someone want to be in a relationship with you if it isn't what they want. You can't continue to fight for a relationship if the other person isn't willing to. This will probably be an unpopular opinion -- I never thought that Clare was a good choice to be Bachelorette. I saw how she acted on the other previous shows and she didn't come off as the most mature in those (age does not always equal maturity). I wanted her to be happy, so I hoped the best for her and Dale. I also was not a fan of Clare and Dale getting back together -- it just didn't feel right. However, I didn't really say anything then because the sentiment seemed to be that it was fantastic that they were back together. Why? Because they were on a TV show together for 4 episodes and got engaged from it? TPTB pushed that engagement quickly because they realized that Clare was not as easy to deal with on set and realized they should have gone with Tayshia in the first place.
Dale broke up with Clare with a signed Instagram post. It was hard for me to be supportive of them getting back together after that. Sometimes, people do break up and get back together and they are stronger as a couple for it. However, it takes change on both people's part. They have to truly want the relationship, too. All JMO.

I never got the Clare love ... ever. Didn't care for her on JPab's season and IMO she has gotten progressively worse. I always thought she would be hard to live with and with every additional show and interview she confirms my opinion. It is all how horrible he was to her and she loved him more and he didn't give her closure...     ... but didn't he fly to be with her when her mom went downhill and when he left for some work commitments, she blocked him? So WTH is he supposed to do? My opinion is that she is so needy and wants constant OTT affirmation that she exhausts any normal person...Dale included. Not saying he is blameless, but she never seems to take any of the blame. Yes, she is constantly working on herself, but yet, somehow still manages to avoid taking any responsibility for anything.

I feel sorry for her and her family. I had a very dear friend pass away at 52 yrs of age of ALS. It's a horrible disease. I hope they find comfort in the memories.

@SpriteI totally agree with you on Clare's need for affirmation. It is exhausting being with someone who is like this.

@GuardianAngel Thanks for sharing about Sarah Trott's father. It is sad. I've known several people who have died of this disease. I wonder if her sad backstory was one reason she was cast. It must have been very hard for her to be on the show, especially with her edit and all the criticism she received afterward. Of course, she gave the producers all they needed for her edit but I am sympathetic to her.

I don't remember if I read a blurb somewhere or it was part of a podcast that Tia has met someone. A post in Raven's thread reminded me to check her IG.

I saw a picture on Reddit that could be Clare and Dale together. It is an unverified rumor. I hope it isn't true. I think if it is, I am at a loss for words. It feels toxic to me. All JMO.
