How long do you think the families were quarantined for hometowns? I'm wondering if Matt had to give the producers a heads-up well ahead of time about who would be in his F4 due to quarantine restrictions.

This board is so quiet ........ Is this bec of the Chris H situation - or bec it's 150% sure that Rachael is the F1? It seems so strange to not be having any sleuthing - but we haven't been given much to try to figure out either ...

@Amethyst I'm pretty sure they are contacted well in advance, to be prepared, not to talk to media, and to make arrangements with those who will be in attendance, pre COVID. I'm not sure what the quarantine rules were for them but I think between TPTB and Matt they knew who the F4 were going to be.

@CHO I'm not sure what CH has to do with sleuthing, but it's pretty difficult to be actively sleuthing SHV during COVID when travelling is iffy, little SM activity and during filming they were basically in a resort with no outsiders.

All the contestants were sleuthed constantly during filming, to determine who was let go when. There were a lot that were sleuthed to be accurate when they were eliminated. See contestant threads and eliminations. There were a lot who stayed off SM until they surfaced all on the same day after filming, probably due to TPTB orders.

I am still holding out hope that Bri is the real F1.

I’m sad seeing Michelle so sad, but also curious about why they are releasing 2 Michelle promos, but haven’t yet released a Bri promo.  Not including Rachael in the equation b/c they might be avoiding a promo of her HTD because of all that’s going on plus her HTD was a major focus of the preview at the end of the last episode.

I was thinking (hoping) that maybe Bri leaves on her own and then comes back in the end or Matt goes after her and they are together now.
Did I mention that I am a hopeless romantic!

Yes! I keep checking to see if there’s any footage on what Bri and Matt’s activity is for HTD. It’s odd. At this point, I’m thinking Michelle is somehow F1 or she is being introduced as a possible new Bette. She is the only one that’s getting a well rounded character and it hasn’t peaked yet. I can’t remember where I saw it, but in one of the voiceovers, Matt says, “He needs to see where his relationships are and if any have plateaued.” Then we get a shot of Rachael as he says “plateaued”.
fWIW, I think the conversation Michelle is having with Dad could be about a long time boyfriend she dated since college. They only broke up in 2020. I guess that was her low point that she speaks of. Going on the Bachelor after a recent breakup from a long-term relationship, where you feel no security because you’re having to share with other women has to be hard. No wonder she’s struggling.
