Doing some googling of contestants, and found a bit on Ashleigh.
She's originally from the Horsham area, and went to high school in Horsham and then Hamilton, graduating 2011. So she's 27/28.

She's now a Speech Pathologist (and has worked in the field in London for 2 years).
Seems like she's currently working with the Catholic Education Diocese in Ballarat. She's listed on a role chart updated June, 2021.
