IMO Tino was upfront and honest in this interview. It reminded me of the phrase human frailty. 
Wishing both Rachel and him a less challenging future on their individual paths.

He is beating himself up and personally I don't think he needs to. He seems to be taking way more responsibility for his actions than Rachel has, who seems to dump all the blame on him. IMO she was just looking for an excuse break up. He seems like a good guy who had no idea what he was getting himself into.

I knew that the shirt thing was because he was taking his mike off!

That was tough to read. Another one that got so messed up because of the way he was treated from all angles.

Imagine thinking you're going to meet up to try a salvage a relationship, the being told camera's will be there. It seemed so obvious he was very nervous and very fragile.

I'm willing to accept Tino's story and move on. He is working on himself and that is all anyone of us can do. This show is crazy with the manipulation and anxiety it's difficult to judge too much when someone admits their faults. I do wish we'd see something from Rachel about owning her behavior too instead of all the fluff IG posts and tiktoks. I watched her manipulate the remaining men and use accusatory type of communication. A relationship is a two way street.

I didn't listen but read the article and feel like Tino's giving himself such a hard time but I do find it commendable and is smart for getting therapy. He clearly made a mistake but it wasn't all him and Rachel doesn't seem to want to take any blame, at least from what I've read/heard. I hope that he does find someone better suited for him when he's ready and think he'd be advised to stay far away from the show and BN, at least as far as romance goes.

Just like the rain, this too shall pass, Tino. Hold your head high, learn from your past and go forth to capture your dreams!

He seems to have a good head on his shoulders,  a kind heart and lots of support from the people who love him. He took responsibility for his actions and I think he will just fine. Just stay the hell out of the Bachelor/ette cesspool.

My opinion is that things got really, really bad with Rachel. So bad that he got momentarily distracted. My best guess is that their relationship was already effectively over at that point. Could he have been a bit neater about the cleanup? Sure. But I was never willing to get outraged that he kissed another woman during that very dark time.

I wish them both well. I think I'd like to see Tino on the beach next summer. Rachel, not so much. IMO she would be best served finding romance out of the limelight.

I would prefer that he stays home for his well being .I don't want TPTB dumping on him again for kissing a girl when his princess of a girlfriend basically told him she didn't want to be engaged anymore, but heaven forbid he wanted someone else. She wanted her cake and to eat it too.

IMO She wanted to be successfully engaged and people loving her, but freedom to dump his a** as soon it was not in her interest anymore and he was supposed to happily wait and kiss her a** until she decided. After that he needed to shut up and not say anything about what went down and what the problem was...because it is clear to me that those issues started from her end and he was just reacting.
