Vanessa Grimaldi - Bachelor 21 - Sleuthing Spoilers #4

I have tried to not "take a side" this season as I liked both Vanessa and Rachel and various aspects of their relationships with Nick. That all said, Nissa's relationship has been a slam dunk to everything else so relationship wise it has been #teamNissa all along. No one is perfect but for the most part both Nick and Vanessa have post show been nothing but kind towards the other women on SM, complimenting them and liking their posts. I remember seeing some posts questioning Vanessa about not letting the SM hype to go her head after that questionable like of Pacozero post which essentially explained and defended Vanessa vs trolls blaming her for Danielle L being eliminated however it would seem a few other contestants are the ones actually letting the hype go to their heads including Rachel and Alexis (her especially). They don't have to be friends with or like Vanessa but they also don't have to answer questions publicly about it either just to make themselves feel good. IMO if this behavior is part of "his loss" by choosing Vanessa over Rachel, then I think Nick is definitely trusting his heart and intuition even more now than ever. JMO. Everyone is human and has their moments but the difference in some moments vs others for me is intent. Vanessa may get emotional and over concerned at times (what has been shown) but at least with her it comes from being in the moment and with focus on Nick and her relationship within the bubble of the stress and weirdness of the show. Some of the things targeted towards her have been willfully done post show where people are acting as their real world self which IMO is more telling than what happens in the confines of the show. Some of the real world versions of the contestants are falling flat for me.

It is very comforting that it seems Nick has found a female counterpart that can be raw with him and passionate about him with no apologies for wanting to be with him and going for it even if it means being a 'villain' or unpopular with the others.

Corinne Olympios - Bachelor 21 - Discussion

I can't believe I am saying this but I am developing a soft spot for Corinne. I dislike her sexual antics immensely but beyond that I find some aspects of her personality endearing. I haven't seen her post / like / comment a single negative thing about any of the girls. I expected to find atleast some shade towards Taylor this week but there is nothing so far. There are others from the season who are using their SM to put her down subtly to make themselves look better IMO but not Corinne.

I like that so far it seems that she has left all the negativity on the show and she didn't drag it into the real world IMO. She continues to live her self-obsessed, entitled, fashion inspired but positive life (IMO). Never engages with trolls even when they call her the most disgusting of names. Except that donut post, I haven't seen her even try to defend herself or play the victim/editing card (I am ignoring her mom's TMZ video coz it looked like she chose to do it on her own since Corinne did not acknowledge it anywhere on SM IMO).

I posted this in Vanessa's thread earlier. Corinne liked a pic of Nick and Vanessa on their date kissing. I thought it was very sweet of her to do that. Bachelor 21 - Nick Viall - Media SM Vids - Discussion - Sleuthing Spoilers #2

Interesting order for F4 except for Vanessa! IMO, based on what I have seen from Nick's interviews over the last 2 years, Rachel is way more his type compared to Raven. I am going back to my earlier theory which I posted in Rachel's thread that if TPTB decide to go for a diverse bachelorette, they would want the WTA to gauge the audience response. If Vanessa was the obvious choice for Nick, IMO TPTB must have had some role to play in that order. That is the only way I see Raven beat Rachel to F2. Again, this is not taking anything away from Raven. She seems like a great girl. I just don't see her as a match for Nick. All JMO.

Frankly, IMO TPTB have got themselves in a very good position- if they go for the diverse-never-done-before choice, Rachel will be the perfect candidate and if they decide to stick with what has worked for them for years, Raven will be a great choice. Works well for them! All JMO.
