Brad also said he wanted a family right away and maybe Ash wants some time to be a couple and be a dentist and then start a family. I don't think she and Brad were on the same page at all. I have hopes for a good season too.

"All those questions are things you'll have to tune in to find out. But I'll say I'm happy with the way things turned out for me. You'll have to tune in and see everything, the roller coaster."
I was thinking the same thing San Here we go again!
I posted an article with this quote included in it in the Media Thread - No Discussion.

Yay! That's true, he was.
I am really excited for the season too! No matter what happens.

Can you give us any teasers about the dates this season?
"One of my favorite group dates was in Thailand. We actually renovated an orphanage which was the most rewarding and exciting group date I went on; it's something I will remember for the rest of my life. Without pinpointing a date, we had a lot of cultural dates and I feel I learned a lot about different cultures, and to go through that with some of the guys who are traveling to these places for the first time too was educational and romantic at the same time."

Did you have a frontrunner early on?
Without obviously saying too much I have to say there were points in time when I thought I had a frontrunner, but things change quickly. They go up and down and back and forth.

Sorry to change the subject here, but I thought this was interesting. There must be something redeeming about The Bachelor platform - maybe not a la Fleiss - but .......

Interesting she mentions the roller coaster ride in every interview. I know (finally) that most of the replies come from MF and are scripted to make us think one way or the other, so I'm taking all the interviews with a grain of salt, as opposed to me believing everything as in the past. I've been fooled too many times. lol Thanks for posting all of them.

On what she was looking for:
"I wanted just a good man. Someone who was loyal and a family man. As time went on there were more things I saw in the guys I wanted. Someone who made me feel good, made me feel like a woman, made me feel more vulnerable. As time went on, I figured out more what I wanted.
On why Brad wasn't the man for her:
"We both needed different things in our life and, especially after meeting all of these men, I realized how Brad wasn't the best fit for me and I wasn't the best fit for Brad. I definitely realized Brad was probably not the right guy for me ... he was older and very settled in and I was looking for somebody to create a life with, a new life together. I felt like Brad was looking for somebody to fit into his life and not to say that's a bad thing, it just wasn't what I was looking for."
This is eerily similar to Ali's saying that even if she didn't end up with someone, she wanted someone who made her "feel" and be a "rock." I know Fleiss wouldn't have let her not choose but these answers definitely sound like not only did she choose, but she knew who and what she was choosing and is happy with him, at least now.
Big: You know, Manhattan has a lot of beautiful women.
Carrie: What an amazing observation!
Big: But the thing is, after awhile, you just wanna be with the one who makes you laugh.

New 'Bachelorette' Season Has 'Best Guys They've Ever Had'
It seems all but certain that new 'Bachelorette' Ashley Hebert will be luckier in love this time around. In a press conference with the new season seven 'Bachelorette', she openly marvels at the quality of the 25 guys ABC assembled for her choosing, even claiming that her season features "the best guys [the ABC show] has ever had."
The 26-year-old dentistry student is the newest "Bachelorette" after being passed up by last season's 'Bachelor' Brad Womack, and this time she gets to be the one who makes the decision on who stays and who goes home. But she quickly realized that this aspect of the show wasn't as fun as it might seem.
"I didn't expect it to be so difficult," Ashley says about the role reversal. "I really found that I don't like breaking up with someone. I have a physical reaction to breaking up with someone," the sensitive brunette reveals.

She also took the opportunity to reflect on Brad's decision last season to break things off with her before the final rose ceremony.
"I think Brad's a great guy, but we needed different things in our lives," she says, looking back. "He was older and more established, and I was looking more for someone I can create a life with – a new life together. He was looking more for someone that would already fit in his life, not that that's a bad thing. But now I see that there are people more suited for me, just like there's other women more suited for Brad. Brad is not the right guy for me," she reflects.
This time around, she definitely discovered more of what she's looking for in the right guy.
"Coming into it, I just wanted a good man who's loyal, a family man," she says. "But through this experience, I realized more things that I wanted. I want someone who makes me feel."
And did she find that special guy?
Judging from Ashley's comments on the men of this season, it would be hard for her not to. "They [ABC] really know how to get a variety of men, different personalities, different jobs...," she laughs. "I didn't know what to expect, but when they got out of the limo, I was blown away. Physically, they were gorgeous!," she gushes. "Tune in and you're going to die!"
Though she of course couldn't reveal too much about the upcoming season and the "gorgeous" men she gets to date, she does reveal that she's happy with its outcome.
"I'm happy with the way things turned out for me," she says sincerely. "Through the experience you learn so much about yourself, and what you want. You're going to have to tune in for the roller coaster ride!"

So our biggest dbag is Bentley. Character assassination, ready, set, go, courtesy of the Fleissmeister. Maybe when all is said and done, he can get together with Rozlyn for their happy ending.
