I was following a thread somewhere that led me to this video on Youtube from Good Morning America ATFR special. I thought the comment below the video was interesting. I'm not sure where the first commenter came up with the abuse thought but the response to it was interesting from a friend of Nikki's. I think Nikki and JP both have great familes! Overall the video and comments seem positive in favor of Nikki and JP even in March 2014.

Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell's future potential as a couple. In the here and now, they seem very much together.

A day after surviving (but hardly emerging unscathed) from the onslaught of questions posed to them about their feelings for each other on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose special, Juan Pablo and Nikki were back in Miami yesterday, where they checked out an exhibit of Hebru Brantley's work presented by Dom Perignon at Toys for Boys.

And according to an eyewitness, they looked like "a very happy couple."

I grew up with Nicki, and graduated from KHS with her in 2004, and I can tell you Nicki had a very good child hood at least in her teens, I never heard gossip about her having abuse, her family is a good family no one dislikes Nicki.  I graduated popular and I'm somewhat of a popular personality in my town, with my music endeavors, and my military service.  

In 7th and 8th grade when I was the poor kid, Nicki never looked past me. She was popular, but I never saw her get in a fight.  I never saw her be trashy, she dressed to the 9's every day. She had a great group of friends that all dressed similar and had the "All American Sweetheart Persona".  

Given my knowlege of Nicki, and growing up with her and sharing at least half of my classes from 7th to 12th grade.  The show probably creates a lot of back story, that is not true to get ratings, so you would watch the show and say that kind of comments.  But as a dude that would know, and sat at the same lunch table, and hung out with her friends.  I'm pretty sure nothing is further from the truth.

As people calling her a 10, my wife and I agree she's pretty but she is maybe an 8 or 8.5 in real life. She was not on my list of top 10 girls I checked out in High School.

Watched the vid. Wouldn't it be interesting if every season had an authentic relationship councillor on the final dates.

Tonight JPG will host at a club in Vegas. Hopefully more pics will appear! Not sure if Nikki will attend as it is near the time her shift starts. She may be in KC already or maybe not.

I can empathize with him and appreciate what he is saying.  I am the second one in my family born in this country(Italian/Croatian).  There are many terms of endearment that just do not translate well. My mother would refer to me as her "treasure" but it just doesn't sound right in English, in Italian it sounds beautiful, but he called her the love of his life.  I think my kids are the love of my life too never thought I could love someone like that but the love I have for my husband is a different level of "Love of my Life" Sorry for the rant.  It just bugs me that people are so insensitive to our people' feelings.

I can as well, being of Italian heritage, my parents were born in Italy, I was born in Canada, Italian was my first language even though I was born Canadian. Spanish and Italian are very similar. Reading his tweet in Spanish was beautiful and I have to admit, when I read the English I  knew it was going to create negative replies towards him.

I agree, when I saw that, a red flag came up. I said to myself I am glad he picked Nikki, she is so strong that she will not feel threatened by that statement.
See, she has been the only love of his life for a while now, so it will take some time for him to realize that statement is no longer applicable cus it implies that Nikki is not special to him, will never be the love of his life, just second. If he removed it, it's probably cus his family saw it as red flag as well.
  So, team lets come up with different terms of endearment JPG can use for Camila; That's my girl!! I love my girl!! she lights up my world,  :anyone?:

I know I'm probably jumping the gun for saying this, but I really think these two could make it!  They have been together for almost 6 months, correct?  

ITA, I remember when people gave Chris and Des a month, then 3 months, 6 months. After 7 months, the naysayers number dropped dramatically, and more began to question themselves, may they were wrong on our couple. We even lost "MARY FISHER" after about 8 months and have not heard from her since her last nasty article and backlash she received from people. So, like Nikki said, time will tell.
Chris and Des are celebrating their proposal 1 year anniversary, we the fans can't wait to take part in their wedding.  
Almost everybody though, it was only a matter of time before JPG and Nikki break up. Well, now it has been 6 months. And, they way they are going, I would not be surprised if he proposes to her within the next six months.JMO.

Nikki is back in KC. She posted a pic of Eric along with some friends attending a barn party. No wonder JuanPab had trouble sleeping back yesterday per his tweet   .JPG went to Vegas with his best friend Carlos Casado and met up with Daniel G. Cox [a fellow contestant fr Desiree's season].
