Perhaps that's why TPTB don't appear to be that interested in them. They get along well now but family may end up being an issue and I don't see Andi doing a lot of compromising.
This is JMO. I know lots of people really like them and see them lasting. I'm just not one of them.
Well IMO if they had any doubts about making it long term I don't think they would be house hunting.
^^^I'm not picking on you personally, but...There are many houses sold each year due to divorce, and I'm sure those people all thought they'd make it long term, too.
I am someone that believes that some of the biggest factors necessary in making a long term marriage possible are: selflessness, compromise, and the ability to forgive. Time will tell.
I really hope they prove **edited** skeptics wrong. And I actually think they will. I think they likely already have those three qualities you state in their relationship, specifically the last one. **Edited** Skeptics may not see it, but **they**only see their SM, and don't know what goes on in their daily life. I feel confident that these two have the best shot at making it work than most any other previous bach/ette couple. It's just my opinion, but it counts as much as the next persons here.

I am with you Laudergirl. They have been engaged almost 6 months now and been together almost all the time. Their love for each other has only grown stronger and they still seem very happy. I also hope they prove all the skeptics wrong.

There are no guarantees anyone makes it after marriage. It all depends on the couple to put in the effort to make it work. But I really do hope Josh and Andi make it long term.

The only thing I do hope is that their relationship isn't causing a rift in either's family. There's an old saying that blood is thicker than water, but not as thick as seamen. (Can I say that?)

"Can I say that?"
I think you did. :shootme:
But I think the actual spelling is seamen. Yanno the guys who go to sea. Right?

Makes sense! Thanks. I never had a good feeling about that coupling. I feel much more confident in JODI.
