Thanks Brill!!! That was awesome. I didn't know Kraft Dinner isn't sold in the U.S. I often shop there and never realized that. Those mittens are so warm, I love them.

It's sold here, GA, but it's not called Kraft Dinner. I'm sure if I said that here nobody would have a clue.

So is what you get in the dinner box any different than the Kraft Mac-N-Cheese box here in the U.S.?  Or just boxes designed differently with the same old noodles and cheese/flavor pack inside?

Not true! This is what me and mine refer to Kraft Macaroni and Cheese--Kraft Dinner. I think that was the official name in the past. 

The product was originally marketed as Kraft Dinner with the slogan "a meal for four in nine minutes for an everyday price of 19 cents."^[9] It was renamed to Kraft Macaroni & Cheese in the United States and other countries.

My DH used to buy it for 20 cents a box back in his bachelor days and to say he still loves it is an understatement. 
My older daughter when she was little used to refer to it as: "Krap dinner or Krap Macwony and Seeds.

If you gotta have your KD, you'll need to be in Canada. Other countries sell the cheesy goodness, but by other names like "Cheesy Pasta," which just isn't the same.

I think the moral of the story is, same company, although similar,  it's a different product and different name than the one sold in Canada. I know I've never seen Kraft Dinner states side, and I go there often. I will have to do a comparison taste test.

I like jugs of milk as opposed to the bags. That is the first thing on my grocery list when I go to the U.S.

ETA: my very favourite item to buy especially around Christmas time is pounds of butter. I buy so much of it to bake, because 1. it's cheaper and 2. it's separated into four portions with clear measurements. A pound of butter where I am is one whole pound. It does have measurements but not as detailed as the US ones.
