If Dan does triathalons, I wonder how much deconditioning his body underwent while he was there in paradise for 5 weeks drinking booze and sitting around doing nothing. Don't those guys need to workout for at least 4 hours a day just to maintain? I wonder if he's made any comments about that.

^^^On After Paradise they said that Dan led boot camp classes. They also showed him running. And huge ocean for swimming so he could probably train more there than while at work. He also seemed more sober than most.

These guys are no dummies when it comes to staying lean & fit. I bet they stayed disciplined in their eating as well with the huge incentive of knowing millions would be tuning in to see their beach bodies.
