RS stated in his blog yet again that Ben told Becca to not join the show. FWIW, I was told by two people who would know that Ben didn't say that to her. Plus, Becca has too much self-respect to go after someone that doesn't want her.

It wouldn't surprise me either way tbh, that RS has it wrong or that she'd still go on despite being told/hinted to stay home because of the bigger picture (for her) - a little bit of fame, screen time, travel, etc.

IMO, no one really knows what happened other than Ben and Becca. Though it sounds believable to me, RS needs to stop stating rumors as if they are facts.

I have said it before. Ben is simply the lead, he doesn't have that much pull. He didn't say she couldn't come on the show. He had no choice in the matter. Someone had to come back, there is a storyboard to follow.

FWIW but long forgotten there have been several from this forum that said that long ago, but as always it gets buried by what the Douchiest One has to say and those that bring his douchiness over. 

I can see it going either way too. I doubt Ben would directly tell her, but I could definitely see telling her subtly and indirectly or telling Kaitlyn/Shawn to give her a hint. Even if Becca didn't come, they already had Amber and could have easily gotten someone else to come too. If he did tell Becca not to come, I doubt it's something she would shared with her friends and family anyways, so it doesn't surprise me people close to her are saying it didn't happen. IIRC, one of the posters close to her didn't know she had two tattoos - sometimes, even those closest to a contestant don't know the full story! JMO.

Whether you believe RS or Becca's side, it's still unsubstantiated gossip, and just comes down to what you find believable. I could see it going both ways on this one. Doesn't mean RS is right and our sources are wrong - we just don't know and everyone's guessing at this point.

But that doesn't make sense. Well, at least to me. *EDIT* that her family was a bit hesitant about Becca going back on. Because she is the type of girl that really values what her family thinks, and is extremely close to them, you would think she would have brought that up. Why would she go back on to potentially  humiliate herself if Ben told her not to come? She's bot someone that is foaming at the mouth for fame. Becca is also very smart, and IMO, would've picked up on any subtle hints.
