I'm loving these bts and different angle shots so much. I wonder how many clips and pics Ben and Lauren have stored for themselves.

^^ I'm thinking they probably have a lot. Especially pics that Lauren or Ben took themselves in the days after the finale. We don't need to see everything, but a glimpse every now and then is fun!

That 'Ben and winner' pic is from backstage of jimmy kimmel, I assume, when they didn't know yet who he picked. And Lauren's dress looks like the one she wore then.

^^^Even if they had known who Ben had chosen, they would have had to put "winner" because Kimmel was taped before the ATFR (in the afternoon) and the sign would have been made even earlier- and tptb hope that the ending isn't leaked before the finale airs (though, of course, the season had been "spoiled" a long time ago).
