Since James just went on a 1:1 date, he probably wasn't on the sex story date this week. Looks like a 40's themed dance date. Much more tame but fun, IMO.

Love her dress. Years ago I had one like it in all black crushed taffeta for a my sister's wedding. It reminded me of the white Marilyn Monroe dress. dress

He's not bad looking. Not ooozing hot like we expect (also subjective), but he looks like a nice normal guy. I hope he's a nice, normal guy. Also he's from Texas....so if Jojo ends up with him, they'll at least be in the same state.

I don't think he's all that into JoJo:
She's kissing him rather intimately - hands on face is a little bit forward for a first date kiss - if this is indeed their first date. But his arms are hanging limply at his side - just looks disinterested.
His arm is around her but look at his hand - he's not touching her. From the kissing she's not given him any signals that she'd mind if he touched her arm with his fingers or palm but it looks like he's really trying to avoid doing that.
Don't worry though JoJo; he may not be all that into you but there are guys from your last date that know how to ... oh never mind.
