I'm sorry, I'm getting confused. From my understanding, DLo is being criticized for both "not being bright enough" to understand literally why her nickname was used AND being an "attention seeking/bitter/V disliking shade thrower". IMO you can't have it both ways - either she actually was asking an honest question bc she was "not bright enough" to understand OR she knew exactly why and was throwing shade. Which one is it?

Personally, I think one can be dumb as a brick   and still throw shade, knowingly or unknowingly.  

But I don't have a dog in this fight and could care less what she does or says.  But if she's still dumb enough or fame hungry enough to be part of a power couple coming off BIP with Mr. Everyones My Final Pick, well... I don't even know where this 'danielle is dumb' thing came from . I mean I could see the argument for thinking she's petty/immature but I've seen zero evidence that suggests she's stupid. I didn't know giggling was an intelligence indicator

I'm not referring to general "brightness" and shade throwing though - specific to this situation, IMO it's either an honest question or shade throwing, not both.

But yeah, from DLo denying twice that they are legit dating (in the March 27 interview upthread & to RS), I don't see her coupling up with Luke on BIP (maybe just some brief storyline where he tries to convince her to give him another chance & she refuses but he ends up with another "Amanda").

Honestly though, my one true fandom/ship is me/entertainment so whatever creates the most delicious drama, I'll be fine with

And even as a fan, I admit some shade throwing might come across as petty/immature, but honestly, as a viewer, if it's done against someone I dislike, I say go for it for my entertainment

I posted it for anyone else who also didn't know, since I had to google it. I do not have a good grasp of twitter slang and I don't understand a lot of the acronyms, etc. Was probably in the last 6 months that I learned what "AF" stands for. I don't know that I will learn anything of "significant value" from this woman. But I am learning a lot just through this discussion in her thread.

To me Danielle comes across not so bright. Imo she's not clever in her twitter pettiness, and when getting caught and called out, she acts like she did nothing. Imo being petty, and dumb at the same time is a sad combination. And getting caught up in a one-sided feud is even sadder. JMO.

IMO DLo is not "dumb" at all & is a sweet and agreeable person unless you have crossed her, at which point she will throw shade, which is fine by me. But nothing new that everyone's entitled to their own opinions.

How is this "twat" behaviour? It looks like they're just joking around about wine consumption/how long the finale was to me. Looks like all in good fun.

ETA: oh and if it's about the nickname, I thought that was either 1)shade at V because they are presumably not exactly on warm terms or according to some 2)literally asking a question. As for "non friends" not using a nickname issue, IMo there's a difference between someone you don't care for and a random other person.

TBH I'm fairly not interested in her but I thought the fact she called out Vanessa for referring to as DLo once like 2 months ago was super silly, and frankly embarassing. It's time to move on mate.

Imo she comes across as someone who can't move on. Oooh, Vanessa, months ago, called her by her nickname everyone calls her. How dare she! Danielle then tweets pettily about it. Sounds stupid and makes Danielle look dumb IMO.
