A lot of the comments under that pic are saying Ben and Ashley should date actually. They're sooo not a match though! IMO at least.
I can't tell if Lauren hates Ben or if she passive aggressively still wants him. On ET today Amanda said they are two good people who have a lot of love and respect for each other but sometimes it sadly doesn't work out.

Good for Lauren! I suspect she's sick of his BS about them being best friends and whatnot. JMO.

The twins and Lauren have been hanging in LA the last day or two. Maybe I'm the only one who finds it sad she unfollowed him. I mean eventually when she starts dating, yeah unfollow him, but damn. I guess she hates him way more than I thought she did. JMO

Honestly, why should you still follow your ex? I wouldn't want to be updated every time he took a new pic or hooked up with a new gal. I'm just a decade older than Ben/Lauren (Nick's age exactly), but married at 24. However, I still had my fun and did more than I should have while a gf/engaged. Moving on...

Social media is just a bottomless pit. My god. The bf that dumped me b/f I met my husband I remember *69 him to see if he'd talk to girls and having people following him to the bar. So pathetic!

I see nothing wrong with unfollowing. I see that as healthy. Granted, L and B will be bombarded with the crazies and comments, but the best way to get over an ex is to make sure they are absent in your life. Good for Lauren (and Ben?) for the unfollows. I'm not sure who did what. If friends did it too, no sweat. Normal.
