Brandon Fricke is Jordan’s friend who lives in Hermosa Beach. Jojo found her favorite place to stay, on Jordan’s lap of course.

They look more in love than ever. I believe it's Brandon who lives in Hermosa. And I think he mentioned he'd be neighbors with Graham. So he has enough company to keep him busy while JoJo is on her photoshoots.

Very nice article and lots of pictures of Jojo and Jordan on Day 2 at the Santa Monica Pier with Jordan lovingly feeding Jojo mustard covered corn dogs as she embraced him. Very sweet.
