Last week, Daily Mail Australia exclusively revealed that The Bachelor Nick Cummins had secretly split from the show's winner.

And on Thursday, Kyle Sandilands recalled a very interesting conversation he had with the Honey Badger several weeks ago that may offer a clue as to what happened.

Speaking on his KIIS FM breakfast show, the radio host said: 'Can I tell you what he's told me? Off the air, he told me this... Now he's with someone that he's "loved from the beginning."'

IMO, I know DM is going to milk what Britt said to mean they have broken up, but I just get that she is saying in past tense that at this point in the show she wasn't in love with him. I am trying to keep the hope alive that they are still together. I just don't get why his family would still be interacting with Britt, unless his sisters just don't care and still want to be friends with the specific girls because they liked them.

Now this is interesting.  Kyle says Nick told him "off air" that he's with someone he loved from the start or words to that effect.  Jackie then goes on to say pretty much word for word what I speculated at the start of the season about Nick not needing to give the producers a happy ending.  

And remember he made that comment in one of the early interviews about the experience teaching him what true love is?  I don't see him finding true love with Britt or anyone else at this stage, and I don't think he'd even use the word "love" willy nilly.  I would not at all be surprised if he's back with Martine.  

Long distance or not, I think there's still something there.
