Married At First Sight - Season 10

Annulment is sort of a political statement versus the show or the spouse, given the available legal basis for annulment - very limited! Sex has nothing to do with it, if they are filing in DC or MD anyway. Here are grounds in DC - but note the fraud bar is very high. Something that goes to the heart of the bargain -- not personality, etc. Maybe fraud in the arrangement? Sort of interesting if that's really what 2 of the now 4 separating/failed couples are going for.

(d) Marriage contracts may be annulled in the following cases:

(1) where such marriage was contracted while either of the parties thereto had a former spouse living, unless the former marriage had been lawfully dissolved;

(2) where such marriage was contracted during the insanity of either party (unless there has been voluntary cohabitation after the discovery of the insanity);

(3) where such marriage was procured by fraud or coercion;

(4) where either party was matrimonially incapacitated at the time of marriage without the knowledge of the other and has continued to be so incapacitated; or

(5) where either of the parties had not attained the age of legal consent to the contract of marriage (unless there has been voluntary cohabitation after attaining the age of legal consent), but in such cases only at the suit of the party who had not attained such age.

This season is a trainwreck.
They need new matchmakers or cancel the show.
They are now only matching for TV not for the original reason, ughhhh......

Mindy Shiben, 34, and Zach Justice, 32, were recently spotted running errands together in Los Angeles — and while it’s unclear if they chose to stay married at the end of the season, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively the couple hasn’t thrown in the towel on their marriage.

“Mindy and Zach had a rocky start to their marriage. Zach has a tendency of pulling away when he should be leaning in, but they are both making every effort to work towards a healthy marriage,” says a family friend.

The nick names they are displaying is almost a dig at each one of them. I could do without them.

Taylor is gorgeous.

Brandon is still strange. I don't know what it is about him, from the beginning, he seems to be putting on an act. Cute guy though.

They just arrived on their honeymoon but in the PI's they are all sunburnt.

Foreshadowing Meka and Michael already arguing. Meka claims Michael is different on camera. He wants sex within a certain time frame. She's spilling in front of him and the camera.

Sorry to have missed tonight's episode as I am at the US Nationals Figure Skating Championship. The previews showed a lot of "disagreements" in this episode. Was that accurate? Did it show if Austin's work travel would be a fatal blow or something they could work out?

Enjoy the figure skating, it would be way better than watching this train wreck of a show! Figure skating is one of my all time favorite Olympic events ... so beautiful to watch.
