Paige surprises the men with an overnight camping trip with a twist -- city and country guys must set up their own campsites and secure food and shelter for her with dusk rapidly approaching. As the romance heats up, a loathed city rival is confronted over his anti-Southern views. More rejected suitors are sent home heartbroken at elimination.

Jeremiah gave it to her so her neck would be protected. She then wears it as a bracelet on their first 1-on-1 date:
