my understanding is... let's see if i can express myself clearly. With the lawsuit there, he can't figure out what are the destinations for the season, who had the FIR, who had the rose on the group dates.. cause only those directly filming would know.
About who is in the F3 and F4, i don't think those are random people just saw stuff on the street, i think given the amount of years he's been doing this, he has a network across the country already, and those are actually the people that are reporting stuff back to him right now. Or people that were related to the show in the past, but not in contract with the show right now.
The info about how he knew Chris' the crier this season, i think he heard from Erica at that event, and Erica heard from Kalon. I think that's also how he knew about Kalon left the show by himself. Erica is not under contract to not say anything, RS can get whatever he wants out of her as long as she's willing to say them. Eventually, i think he will spoil who got the FIR or group date rose or whatever, but also through this path i think, the contestants are related somehow, a lot of them know past contestants before going on the show.

Whether it be family members or people in the office where they work. Those people are the ones who can confirm who has been sent home by alerting RS to when they returned home. So, if someone in Chris or Ryan's office, who are not on contract, can tell RS that they are back home or that they called to say they were returning to work next week, he could deduce that they were the eliminated contestant. He works just how the paparazzi work. Having sources at airports, restaurants, and the workplaces of the contestants once they have been identified. He still needs the contestant or a crew member to give the private detailed info on what happens on the dates, how the lead is feeling, etc. However, for eliminations he can get the info the way I mentioned.

I was thinking if I was Chris' sister and he was eliminated I would not post about a "love story" after I knew he was eliminated. If I wanted to promote the site for whatever reason being the bachelor, wanting support him by watching whatever, I would have just posted "two weeks to go until premiere", "two weeks to watch everything unfold" etc......I guess my question is why would you post two days after the elimination on Friday night about a love story, knowing there isn't one with your brother. I find that very strange and I will wait until we know more....

His sister follows Fleis, Millsy, RS, Wetpaint and all the other bachelor related websites. She would have known before she posted on twitter & FB this morning that RS spoiled that Chris was cut. So, she would know it was a possibility even if she hadn't yet been able to speak with Chris or anyone in Chicago to know he was home. In fact she even tweeted to Millsy that she had sex-panther perfume for Millsy on the HTD last week but, Millsy didn't show up. She tweeted that and, for people who don't read spoilers and her being under contract, that was spoiling the fact of Chris' HTD.

I thought it was odd too that she tweeted about the love story beginning in light of her brother being eliminated. Plus, for the first time her first major tweeting about Chris being on the show happening now after he's supposed to be eliminated. Prior to that her only tweet on the subject was April 4 which was a retweet of someone else's tweet. However, if she knows Chris' is sad but, okay and she really likes Emily, she may just want Emily to find love even if it isn't with her brother. Kind of the way Nikki's family was on her HTD about Ben if he didn't pick her. She may be a huge Bachelor/ette fan and enjoys the show and the love stories period, and her brother being on the show was a bonus for her. She also may want to rally fans to get into the season and make Chris a fan favorite, even though she knows he gets cut, so he has the potential to be the Bachelor. However, I think she could have done all those things by simply hyping the premiere date or getting the chance to see Chris on tv versus hyping the love story beginning. She even could have posted that Emily centered new premiere video if she didn't want the day to pass without some ambiguous update that didn't reveal any reaction to Chris being cut. However, without any info from Charlotte paz or friends/family/co-workers of Chris about him not beng home we have to assume RS is correct. :greenman:

Thanks for the post....but I will say that I don't assume anything....You do know what "assume" means.....make an "a$$" out of "U" and "me"......I will know RS is correct when I see a trail to lead me to believe it. I have seen more things to question RS information then to believe it....I don't have a horse in this race and like everyone here have their favorites. I try not to assume anything.

I read from other thread there was a girl from Charlotte couple days ago saying that she saw Emily with a very tall dark hair guy somewhere in Charlotte on the street. According to her, the guy seemed to be taller than Arie.

First, those tweets have been deleted if I recall correctly. It appears they were incorrect.

Second, I read somewhere that it was actually another show that was being filmed in Uptown so it wasn't even Emily.

It is believed they are in an exotic location because of the write up that someone posted here. Many don't think of Charlotte as exotic.

IMO, I think the Charlotte Paparazzi would be all over it by now if they were once again filming in Charlotte, but nothing about them there. So I don't believe they are in Charlotte and haven't been since Episode 3.

I heard that saying maybe 20 years ago and have tried to remember it. It really does ring true although in principle it is very hard not to assume things. It goes completely against our natures.

Also, I wanted to address the post about Charlotte. I have been there twice. Once maybe 4 years ago for a weekend wedding, and I flew in around the first of April and rode in a shuttle bus from the airport for 20 minutes or so out of Charlotte over the state line into South Carolina for a conference.

I did not see any palm trees or anything that looked exotic unless you call a porno shop exotic. Charlotte is inland, so there is no beach. It is a nice, small ( compared to NYC or LA) metropolitan area.

I hope he's wrong, but F4 is easier to nail down. It strange that his sister is promoting the "love story starting in 2 weeks" If Chris was heartbroken about getting eliminated I would think that would be rather insensitive on her part. Even if she's trying to promote him for the next bachelor, if he were really heartbroken I can't imagine him thinking about that at this point, he just got home.... or did he :greenman:

Even though at this point I think RS is right on who was eliminated, it could be that Fleiss got mad when RS spoiled the F4 again. He then made sure Steve got incorrect information on who was eliminated. Just a thought.

Exactly... MF is not stupid, he must be finding a new way to fight against RS and it is very easy of him to give incorrect information to RS.
Let's say if I had a company and my crucial private company data was leaked to the public by two or third party, I would try my best finding a new strategy to avoid the same mistake and make sure it would never happen again.

If she's a regular viewer of the show, she knows that the "love story" angle between Chris and Emily is what needs to be "sold", regardless of its legitimacy, in order for him to become a fan favorite and the next Bachelor, assuming that is her motive. Hopefully, Chris is okay with her doing this, and it is actually an indication that he is not as heartbroken by his rejection, now that he is out of the "bubble" and back to real life, as it may have felt for him initially.

What made many of us think Chris has been eliminated was the spoiler given by RS. However, please remember that RS was not 100% right. He was right during Ben's season, but made a mistake during other season. Human error might happen. Based on that, I can't trust RS completely this season. This Emily season is different as we all heard.. so anything is possible. Let's wait and see until RS could give us the latest picture of Emily with her F3 or F2. Without that photo, it's hard to believe RS 100%.

Of course we're all entitled to our own assumptions, I never said otherwise.

I have said that I find it more suspicious and unlikely that MF would allow both Jef and Arie to tweet the minute they got eliminated (thus revealing that fact), while at the same time aggressively pursuing a lawsuit to discourage similar "leaks", than that he would actually allow them to tweet, in a supervised capacity, while still in the competition, in an effort specifically to throw fans off the track. In fact, that both of them tweeted (which would indicate a never before double elimination) is actually the part of it that I find too far fetched to swallow, leading me to question the validity of the whole scenario.

That's my assumption and I'm sticking with it (for now).
