Im glad too. I don't think he lead her on I just don't think he wanted to turn down her request on national TV. so not to embarrass her he agreed to have that drink , talk , catch her up on what's going on is his life now and tell her about GH slipping into his DM's so she didn't have to hear it from press or anyone else. IMO
Im thinking he went on that date with GH (which was probably planned before ATFR.) The date went well and lead to date #2.
She did say she wanted him in her life and he wanted her in his life but in what capacity they didnt know. So if she just said that to say it and didn't mean it after he supported her throughout her hard times then maybe she isn't the person/friend she claimed she wanted to be to him. IDK

Different reads are good , I like & appreciate hearing other opinions.  Maybe someday Hannah will write a tell all book like Andi .

That word has a connotation of a romantic involvement that may NOT be at all part of the equation. It’s his business who he sees and why. This overanalyzing of his every single gesture is really invasive and leads to not only assumptions that are proven to be wrong, but also to a lot of hurt when these expectations are not fulfilled or misinterpreted.
What if Hannah was going out for coffee or drinks with a single man..would that be labeled a ‘ date ‘ ? Where is the space for connecting on a business level and / or developing friendship here without onlookers jumping to conclusions that they are full-on committed relationship and implying some kind of cheating or disrespect when it’s not fitting their narrative?

Then the photo gets plastered everywhere and the conclusion is that Tyler had a sleepover with Hannah with all the sexual / romantic / couple connotations that goes with it.
So strike 2 on the DATE front, this was a much needed get together between two adults that lived a pretty unique love experience where they were controlled ( contractually obligated) to NOT deal face to face with their remaining feelings for MONTHS because of a TV show.

As for Tyler dating other people too, good on him. That's what being single and dating around means. Going on dates. Jmho.

Again, this information was distorted to fit the wishes of many that maybe the both of them would do DWTS. maybe it’s true, maybe it’s not. Maybe it was and then changed after Tyler decided to live his life without asking permission from TPTB. It is still entirely possible that he does it, the ratings would be gold no matter what is going on between Hannah and him. We’ll have to wait a bit longer to find out.
In conclusion, I think Tyler got caught into a very publicly visible, paparazzi and tabloid ‘dating’ campaign and it’s escalated to the hilts because now with someone like GH, who has been known to involve the Paps to report her love life, whenever is needed to bring attention to her, for whatever narrative her PR team is looking for. And Tyler is not used to all these BTS layers that are part of her daily life. He is a very sought after eligible bachelor, and is getting thrown into the ring while still dealing with broken hearted feelings, hurt and confused about the last few weeks events. I mean it’s only been 3 WEEKS since the AFR.

I agree with your post. GH slid into his DM's not the other way around.,they were probably texting and talking and made plans to meet up after the show was done airing . I believe he met up with Hannah to catch her up on what's going on in HIS life and told her of his plans to go on the date with GH so she didn't have to read it or hear it from anyone else. Date 1 most likely went well because it lead to date #2 . The rest remains to be seen. But I don't blame Tyler one bit for wanting to explore relationships/Friends/Business opportunities that come his way. I'm glad he is smart enough to catch on to CH and the bachelor franchise because they are NOT his friends by no means. Colton learned the hard way too. Hannah? well I think she's' a bit nieve and still trusts them. I don't care what anyone says , they knew about JED'S GF and never told her. They ruined her season for her and they were trying to use Tyler at the last minute to clean up their mess. So her consolation prize is DWTS. JMHO

Exactly right, @Jolena. They ruined her season right down to showing the world how she fell on her butt. Tyler got out while the getting was good and I don’t believe he’s doing TB. Just don’t.

I hope Tyler stays clear. She’s an intriguing and beautiful, sexy girl. Let someone else “win” her. He can do better and perhaps he already has.

I agree with all of this. I do think "forgiving" in situations like this should go by each situation, not as a norm. Where I though women who "forgave" previous leads were in the right, imho it would've been stupid of Tyler.

Imho Tyler doesn't have anything to forgive Hannah, she did nothing wrong to him to apologise for. But as CH said, Tyler was Hannah's second or third choice. She was quite judgmental of him throughout the season, and imho wasn't attracted to him. Physically or emotionally. Imho she holds a lot of unwarranted resentment for him, imho which is weird. All of this imho would make it impossible for him to reach the expectation levels Hannah for some odd reason has for him. At some point he would fail her expectations, well, he already did. But when that would happen again, she'd lash out, imho. Now, imho she lashed out a bit, when he failed to be her white and shining knight coming to rescue her from her lousy decision making and poor picking of guys.

I've said it before, I've never seen this level of entitled demand and expectations from any previous lead or audience toward the F2. "I was hoping he'd give me more than two days" makes me smh. The entitlement and undeserved resentment and expectations just jumped out.

Imho for all of these reasons Tyler is smart to stay clear and keep quiet. Don't get into a he said, she said situation, don't issue any statements, he doesn't owe that to anyone. Jmho.

Bravo to both of these comments! I think all of this simply boils down to this, with all the hoopla of ATFR, Tyler may have thought he wanted to try again with Hannah because he still had some lingering feelings there, but going out with someone new, he realized he deserved better, deserved the respect of being someone's first choice.

I agree that Tyler going on a date (which more then likely planned a while ago) went better then he expected (Must've because it carried into date #2 next day) and he realized it might be something that he wanted to explore further which he has every right to do and honestly IMO he should. jmo

Nick did score there...good strategic move on his part... and lucky for him that Tyler is SOOOO nice and was not too tired after his emotional sit down with Hannah at AFR

I listened today and apart from all the ads it was a good listen. Only confirms how Tyler is such a well balanced and level-headed guy, he doesn’t take himself seriously, is humble and generous with information.

so the girl I did not recognize in the pool and tattling about a girl is Abbie the curly blond hair girl. It seems that she has quite some ITM as well as Emma. So Abbie top 5? They edited Abbie kinda stupid with the Gemini so I highly doubt she is even close to top 3 plus tattling about other girls is definitely not a top3 edit. Emma is definitely edited like Cass from last season... times 15. Music is hilarious. I think prods had fun with her edits.

Funny but this season, I look at the girls and they all remind me previous contestants physically and a little bit personalities

my first impression is that they cast the same kind of girls to fit their boxes. exact same boxes!

Episode 3, I expect a 1-1 with Ellie and with Chelsea or Helena. If Chelsea, she is F1. If Helena, she is F1. If one does not have it, she will be F2

Episode 4, I expect a 1-1 with Emma and Abbie

Right now my only for sure is Emma F4 and Ellie F3. Those are edited the same as previous season.

I am hesitating for F1 position. Cameras says Helena on ep1 but ep2 not so much. Chelsea is a clear front-runner on teaser, not much on ep1 and ep2.. Chelsea is more hidden than Helena but Chelsea got the first group date rose completely cut to give room to the intruders and justify her rose at RC. Still hidden... but we did not see much of Helena either but both were in voice over and zooming.... but Chelsea go no itm....

I like Sogand very very VERY much. Gorgeous girl, sweet, earth level, kind but very witty. I mean truly what not to like about her? But Matt was very cautious with her. I think he was not himself 100%. Maybe because of her culture or her personality but she inspires gentleman attitude. I think she is a fantastic girl but Matt is I think more exuberant, more outgoing. I think he said on carpet that he loves with passion but his breakups are also passionate. Maybe I heard it wrong.

When she came back to the mention, I think she teased a lot the girls. I never like the kiss and tell people but i understand that facing 17 girls grilling her, she may have said more than usual. Says nothing she is cast aside, says too much jealousy shows up.

#2 Learn from past mistakes.
#3 Your needs are important but in a relationship both should be equal. Be considerate and conscientious.
#4 Sex and Love - two VERY different things. Know the difference.
#5 Leave Tyler alone. He doesn't need to be your rebound or used so that you stay relevant on SM.

Sorry, I am not usually negative but this season left such a bad taste in my mouth. In the end I found myself liking most of the men better than Hannah. My apologies because I am sure she is a nice person, she just needs to get a clue and grow up a bit.

Thank you for perfectly expressing my thoughts and feelings. I was really pained to see him last nite after having to watch how absolutely in love she was with Jed. I found it gut-wrenching and I am truly just annoyed by the sentiment that he should just chin up and accept her complete and utter foolishness and take her back and be proud. Well, he shouldn’t, IMO. He doesn’t need her, I hope he doesn’t trust her and to me that knowledge was written all over him. She trapped him with that stupid drink offer. He was too polite to say no but, his theme as Bachelor will be - “looking for a girl who will put me first”.

Hannah does NOT deserve Tyler, period. To allow him to get a ring and come prepared with the most beautiful and heartfelt proposal and then choose that Jackazz after hurting and embarrassing Tyler like that on national tv. It was so obvious to anyone who was objective, she still wasn’t willing to leave Jed until it was made clear to her by SM that she would be considered the biggest fool ever if she didn’t. So on the topic of her courage, she has none. She’s just a fool trying to save face. I hope Tyler is done bailing her sorry azz out of the mess she’s made because she deserves to live with it and learn from it. And his mom, was just playing the role the producers prescribed. I don’t believe any mother would want that foolish girl for her son. All IMO.

Sorry, I am not usually negative but this season left such a bad taste in my mouth. In the end I found myself liking most of the men better than Hannah. My apologies because I am sure she is a nice person, she just needs to get a clue and grow up a bit.
