If Heather is not F1, then I believe that this is exactly what TPTB are doing... recreating SF story and getting the public behind the next possible Bette. As viewer favourite, Heather would be a shoo-in for Bette if she wanted to do it.

I just watched the episodes are Sam seems really into Lana. She may indeed be F1 because he appears smitten and his ITMs and voice overs lean towards him choosing her. I can however see how it wont be received well by the public simply because the edit is playing up the originals Vs intruders while showing the girls who have already invested time hurting. Heather, Snez and Sarah obviously are not bitter but they are clearly hurt and the public who are invested in them will find it difficult to warm to Lana. The edit is making Sam seem shallow, and cold with a short attention span and Lana seem smug and this a love story does not tell. I cannot believe they didnot show a QT with Heather or Snez! In my head, he just dumoed them while he saw a new toy and that is what most people will think too. If he ends up picking her (no skin off my nose) there are some who will feel they just saw Blake 2.0. Sam and Lana's story could have been edited better to endear even the best of {#}teamsnez{/#} or {#}teamheather{/#} to root for them.
He is all over the place with his emotions, his words, which will be a bit hard for his chosen one to contend with watching back.

It's weird right? He has been so pro-Heather. I mean, some of his tweets are blatantly #TeamHeather.
The Bach Aus twitter will do whatever they do, but if Lana is F1 and this was her big moment SD, Osher really is not promoting it at all - not even close to what he has done with Heather.
It's like his tweets were just obligatory tweets, focused on something else (and intentionally so since he planned to play poker instead of engaging in the show like he usually does. And even though Heather was barely seen this episode he still tweeted about her).
I don't think it is dislike but Osher seems to have made his preferences known that he is team Heather (crazy thing is, many guys have now, as well as viewers).

The edit is in the hands of the producers so I can't see why they would give Heather this edit if she isn't the chosen one. I mean they even gave her a theme music, they showed her more than any other woman and a perfect story; "Is there more than friendship?". Why would they ruin their own story? They can't expect Heather to wait for an eventual Bachelorette gig next year, so I can't see them giving her this great edit to build a fan base for next year.

For what it's worth, I've been watching all season and I love what Sam & Lana have. I've enjoyed watching him with Snez & Heather up until now & have really enjoyed seeing Lana come into the mix. I find her genuine, composed, confident, beautiful and compatible with Sam thus far. I don't mind at all that she's come late and could easily believe the story of Sam falling for her so quickly. When I met my husband, I knew immediately that he was it and it was mutual. He was my best friend from day one but we also had an amazing physical spark that is still there today. So I'm looking forward to seeing how Lana & Sam are together physically, because I feel like with Sam's personality physical touch is really important to him and I can see how it's currently not there yet with Heather (compared to say, Snez). Having that physical spark as well as the deeper companionship is what I hope he finds in the end.
I like that when he's with Lana, she makes him feel like he wants to grow and expand as a person (learn new languages, travel). She expands him. With Heather I feel like he's often comforting/reassuring her, but don't feel like she challenges him to expand himself. On the other hand, I love that he can be his 'kid self' with Heather and goof around and laugh so much. I have that with my husband, but also with my female bestie. Will be interested to see which way Sam & Heather go.

It looks like it is Sarah and Nina that look to be bottom two at RC. I think though that Nina would have gone before Sarah but she was probably concerned and made it look like it may be her.

Thanks for the links AAL. I've just listened to her at Dan and Maz. Heather sounded happy and relaxed. They tried to make her say more than she should but she joked that she had been practicing in front of a mirror to say the right things. At the end they made her associate with words and when they said "love", she said "dude" and when they said Sam she said "dude" again. It might mean something...or not. These last weeks will be crazier and crazier with all the rumors. What I see on SM, Heather has a huge fan base and there will be a big backlash if he lets her go, but on the other hand he can't choose her just because we love her. JMO {#}TeamHeather{/#}
