If, per the discussions above, Drew actually stays with Des through her ‘I love Brooks’ confession and spoilers aside, I think I’m starting to get convinced that Drew is F1. Consider the following:

• Physical attraction
• Best hometown date EVA
• Weird hometown date with Chris’ family (not F1 edit)
• Not strong mention of Drew’s HTD when speaking with CH –when it’s obvious that it was terrific
• SCs of everyone in limo crying
• No SCs of Drew in exit limo
• Show’s edit hiding their early interaction
• Drew’s ability to say VERY clearly that he wants her in his life
• His move from AZ to CA
• No strong mention of Drew in Des’ blogs – hiding him

Thoughts?

I would guess that it is CH at the F3 who tells the guys that Brooks won't be joining them but that Des still feels it necessary to have a RC and to continue on her journey .. Emotions and all .. Just as he has done before

Seems to me that Drew already knows and spoke to Desiree about just that on that beach scene.  

Yes, but did he know that she was saying all along that she loved Brooks? He may know at that point that Brooks comes back or he's the one, but if he had known that Des was saying it to CH and effectively all of America, then he might have acted differently.

Exactly. Des doesn't exactly keep Drew at arms length so how's he supposed to know?  They have a clue when she's upset at the f3 RC but doubt they know the extent of her feelings.

Maybe the crying scene on the beach is a discussion about this issue...  like: "you seemed pretty upset...are you ok"  The only thing that would make me pause about this is they've already had the MTP date... so why the discussion at that point?  But maybe, finally alone again, they are talking through things...  and she's trying to reassure him that she's 100% there for him... at this point.

 

So, let me throw this out there.  Let's say that Brooks did already leave, and let's say that your scenario is correct.  Drew picked up on something being wrong with Des.  They talked it through, with Des telling him that she was 100% there for him.  So, Des decided to move forward with Chris and Drew as her Final 2.

I don't know how to bring SCs over, but there is one of a man dressed up in a suit (most likely for a RC, perhaps the FRC), and there is a woman with him that no one seemed to know who she was, but it could possibly be Drew's handler or a producer.  In that scene, it appears that the man is upset, and the unidentified woman is either comforting him or is trying to talk him down off of a ledge - like he is wanting to leave.  I don't think that the guy has been identified yet, but it definitely does not look like it is Brooks.

So, I am just wondering, what if Brooks doesn't return to the show until right before the FRC, and that is why Fleiss has said that he didn't know if the "guys" would be happy with how the show ended.  And what if the guy in the picture is Drew?  Perhaps this is when Drew leaves, most likely taking himself out at that point.

Also, I am sorry if this has already been discussed and disproven, because I don't remember seeing this discussed anywhere.  But if it has been disproven, can you tell me where that SC picture took place - in relationship to the filming schedule?  Or perhaps it had no real bearing at all on the story that they are trying to tell, and therefore is irrelevant?

The only thing about the handler escorting someone out is, she was dressed for colder weather and not tropical. Also why so many cameras set up indoors? I actually thought it was Brad being let go after he got the news about his son's mother but I'm probably wrong too.

Her nodding when he said he loved her at the HTD. She did did a smile nod during their 1on1 too before they kissed and when he whispered he is falling for her in the middle of their kiss she dug her fingers into his neck.

I would like to compliment your excellent use of bullets!  

So I think of this as a puzzle.  If the edit is a piece, as are the spoilers, screen caps, blogs, post-show evidence, and Des' deliberations with CH- how does that all fit together?

I'm totally ok with RS being wrong (he has been before). But this season we also have Love, San, and sophie.  I think I would have to send Fleiss a bottle of champagne for pulling off the biggest switcheroo in Bachworld history.  Possible?  Sure.  There's just too much we still don't know though to get me over that mountain of a conspiracy theory.
