I think he is with Andi (maybe or not this weekend but hers nonetheless) because Andi has interacted with Nick in a distinctly different way and has eagerly participated in scenes that would make the mothers' of any other man, if chosen, cringe after the fact.

Their physical scenes keep intensifying so any other suitor is metaphorically being kicked in the balls when comparing their scenes to that of Andi & Nick.  I'm wondering if a lot of viewers just don't understand what a "mental" connection is?  It's as if that page is mostly a simple list to them, same applies for intellectual connection, so they totally miss how intricate those types of connection are.  To solve that, TPTB have to give viewers what they do understand, a concrete /literal level connection like physically chemistry.

Ask yourself who's parents would approve of Andi's makeout scenes with Nick:
-  the courthouse tower: she turns as he is kissing her neck and basically begins to devour him
- the casino scene: he runs his hand along her leg then thumbs her inner thigh to which she responds by pulling him in for kisses
-  her leaving the Brussels hotel with Nick to later straddle him against a tree for a very long time, a scene in which their exchange was deep and forceful, a deliciously primal souvenir
- her beckoning him into the depths of the ocean to wrap her legs around his waist... a siren

Yes, I've missed a few of their luscious intertwining moments however the point is the same. She has kissed and hugged and flirted with other guys but not with this magnitude.  She has had good conversations with other guys but they are either repetitive conversations about the same old doubts or just not at the same level as her discourse with Nick.

Andi is fully aware of her own parents reaction to her time on the Bachelor and she knows what they feel would be respectful in letting your loved know you care.  Hy did a whole segment on roses and in the Bach world roses mean "time valued by the lead to grow a relationship" and equates to genuine interest. You give "the time of day" to those you value most.

So, to reiterate my question: in REAL LIFE what would the parents of the final one see as a genuine progression in a REAL relationship and if all of the above happened with someone other than their son would they think that's ok?  We're not talking pecks here.  It's full body contact.

They might turn the other cheek... but only because the first cheek had been slapped.

To me, Andi's has been sending the message of her choice all along, mind & body. It's Nick or no one.

But to me it's beyond full BODY contact - it's full SOUL contact.

We had no sighting of Nick in an airport when he flew over to LA! No way they were driving, right? I really need a closure for this! Nick please give us some clues re. why were you in LA, and where are you now?

There's no way Nick was in LA because of the Salesforce acquisition.  Only high level management would be involved and their meetings would be in Northern CA not Southern CA.

I think Nick flew back to LA with Bennett and was there for something show related.

I'm still perplexed as to why Nick so quickly unfollowed Robert Mills (Millsy) on twitter.  Besides Andi Nick is the only contestant from this season Millsy is currently following.  It seems Nick met with Millsy while he was in LA. Most likely to discuss his future relationship with Andi or his potential role as the next bachelor  :Nod: 

I can't get behind the rumors of Chris or Marquel as the next bachelor.  

Marquel was on BIP.  Chris H said he had a hard time opening up and being vulnerable.  Two qualities essential to a successful bachelor.  

Apparently Chris's dad doesn't want him to be the next bachelor because filming is during harvest season.

Maybe they want to give Marquel another shot? Maybe if he has more control over it he will be able to open up better? Maybe they are discussing how they want to unveil the big plane video  hoax reveal  

I'll actually be surprised if they address the plane video at all - what can they say about it?  Many unspoiled viewers don't even know it exists.  And most importantly, they don't want to give RS the satisfaction!!!

Absolutely agree that it is a complete love.  My point is that the show isn't known for its emotional & especially not intellectual portrayals of a relationship so I think a lot of viewers just don't really get that part.  It's like the signs are there but ...

I think a lot of viewers are not comfortable with the type of connection that is being presented.  N&A's relationship encompasses a certain mental and emotional rigor that I'm guessing many people are probably not comfortable with.  I believe that many people are more comfortable with more narrowly defined relationship roles and therefore less able to recognize the profound and rare connection that is occurring.  Nice to have people like you NR who appreciate the rare beauty and are not afraid to call it for what it is - sublime!!

i found a crumb called No 2nd No 3rd...that support your very spot on observation, NR and Sue... . As Nick said to Maria, his experience on the show was very 'intense'   (btw thats why i secretly wish to be a geckoo on the wall of their Coming Fantasy Suite   )

Nick has said no 2nd no 3rd on epi7 . now this Bennett guy has said : what will happen on epi 7 is foretold in epi 3.  in this context, i believe Nick is not delusional (albeit he said it in a very confident way thus can be misunderstood easily*) and he was foreshadowing what would happen at the end.

eventhough i have no probs picturing Meandi fight for her 'Nick or no one' in the FS, i dont think TPTB would let her do that.... What would they do with the remaining time then?  Or maybe her 'quota' is only one guy to send home before FS night   . so yeah..instead,.i can picture a no 2nd no3rd FRC ...Nick will be the only one there. its as clear as the #Chicagosummer blue sky to me
