I don't know what's left to lose, unless she's building muscle or something? What do other fit people do at the gym?

maintain their fitness, i suppose.
...i love the lean-toned body ala Jennifer Aniston. She does yoga and pilates as far as i know. I would love Des to have that kind of body rather than very muscular one.

Des is lovely, but big boned, so she probably works harder on her fitness because of it. I think she looks great either way and she looks healthy. She doesn't have that almost too skinny look that Kacie B and some others I have seen have.
