I am wondering if there are decency clauses? IDK. Just throwing this out there.(speculating) As silly as this sounds there are people who do not want to be exposed to certain things said or seen.

If this clause exists and I don't know if it does and is violated maybe it was offensive to someone.

Hasn't there been "soft core porn" before? Like Samantha giving Joe a handjob in the pool and Josh and Amanda under the covers. I mean they have a whole sex room with cameras in it. How is it even possible for someone to sue over seeing such footage? I mean I think it's totally hideous that they're even filming such stuff and someone should put a stop to it, since who knows where those tapes end up, but I would think their contracts are fool-proof.

Sadly if filed in CA it doesn't take much to file suit.  It doesn't need to have much merit. It may also easily be dismissed.

Perhaps the lawsuit caused some kind of injunction to stop all taping to make sure that nothing got covered up? Honestly, they have had this kind of ridiculousness in the past, maybe not this far.

The producer is making a very interesting move, I would think this would limit his/her ability to work again.
