I have seen many positive comments on their SM pages and as Lauren said, "It will blow over." I thought the backlash would have been much worse and I am sure Arie and Lauren did too, but it has been better than I originally expected. Nice to see all the positive comments from this "close source" about the happy couple. Their love radiates and I can definitely see it shining bright!

The weird hearty laugh that sputtered out of Arie's mouth here is hilarious laugh out loud

. It's great to see them be so happy and carefree and fully enjoying each
other's company and the new experiences with the show behind them now. The travelogue they got going on SM is seriously intensifying the wanderlust in me! And the place they're staying at..? Maaan. It's serving all the opulence and #views and wowness.

This is the first time I'm fully keeping track of everything social media related so maybe doesn't mean anything but I did find it interesting.

With every IG pic posted, I am making a point of reading some of the comments (something I usually have no interest or patience) I am seeing a lot of support for these two.

IMO he took a huge risk knowing what would come his way, for Lauren. IMO no guy would do that if they didn't love the gal.

Nice the families got together for dinner! I like that they did that right away.

Yes, the "risk" he is talking about IMO is not that Lauren would not take him back but that they would be the most hated couple in America and he would be the most hated bachelor in the franchise history. He could have faked a couple of months with Becca, made the public very happy, then broken up like all other bachelor couples with no real explanation (also robbing her the opportunity of being the next bachelorette in the process - that painful breakup garnered her more support than any breakup after filming was well over would). He chose to be with girl who he could not get off his mind and take the public wrath and scrutiny that was sure to come. He actually did find love on the show but he did not realize who he was really in love with until after the show wrapped IMO.

Ah, lovely Barcelona! I have the best memories of a trip there with my Dad after my Mother passed away. I was just looking at a pic of us in one of the Sagrada Familia’s towers tiny windows. I hope Lauren and Arie climb up there. It’s absolutely stunning.

Thanks for all these pics of Lauren and Arie on their trip. They look so darn happy.

Their SM of the Iceland/Barcelona trip has been awesome! It’s always so great to hear genuine, exuberant laughter and see such beautiful smiles of a couple in love. Loving the comments from Arie’s sister and mom as well... Lauren Luyendyk sounds so cool, doesn’t it? Smiley
