San, I think preschool teacher is the perfect career for the wife of an aspiring college basketball coach, you should book a trip to PA soon. Nutty lives there maybe you can stay at her place while she hunts Nick down in Chicago?

College baseball, anyone, anyone?

I went to the University of Texas and am about to watch us play game two of the Super Regional. We are ahead by one game.

I love the college world series in Omaha.

Texas made it to the CWS in Omaha! So excited. I am hoping for a great week for Texas teams, so go Spurs!

Hubby and I both love college baseball and being at Texas the CWS was always a big deal, funny for many years we sucked at football but were still really good at baseball, so it made sense. Hubby got his PhD from FSU and cheers for them. If both teams ever make to Omaha the same year, I am going to beg him to go. It is a bucket list thing for me.

Mice!!! Yikes!!!! I saw a mouse in my kitchen. Any tips on getting rid of them. I don't have cats just a lumbering Mastiff who isn't much help. I have cleaned out all the cupboards and pantry. Plan to get a ton of containers to put on the shelves, the kids are pretty lax about leaving opened bags of chips etc in the pantry, so I will make sure all dry food is kept in them. I guess I need to buy mouse traps, do they have humane ones? Any other suggestions? I am freaking out here!!!!! :shocked!:

I had that once in my lifetime mouse experience. Someone suggested to use peanut butter. I got a friendly mouse trap, and put peanut butter in it. After 3 days of this little mouse running around my house and the back of my headboard while I was sleeping, affraid

the peanut butter worked within a couple of hours. He must not have like cheese.
