this sounds like a place you would need a seaplane to get to so I agree it's JP:

Every guest to VOMO leaves knowing a little secret about VOMO – VOMO Lailai. A small and totally stunning island located 1km off the tip of VOMO, VOMO Lailai (meaning ‘little’) is a true deserted island. A soaring rock face shelters a white sand beach (yes another, VOMO has so many!) and crystal clear waters. Guests are able to reserve VOMO Lailai for the day and are able to entertain that old fantasy of what they would do on a desert island, all the while being in 2-way radio contact and sight of the island (although you would need to have pretty good vision to see what’s happening 1km away!).
