^Chris spent NYE and NYD in Pasadena for the Rose Parade. That included press and hanging out with the other Bachelor alums. I don't think he met up with his F1 then. But that's JMO.

As per my geography lesson today, LA stands for Louisiana. MiniDiva found pics of Becca with her family in LA (Louisiana) on NYE.
Chris was in L.A Los Angeles NYE and NYD, busy with parade stuff.

So the tweeter saw Chris and the F1 in Canada today and knows who it is but does not say? Kaitlyn? Canada would be a smart safe house area if it were Whitney.
