If someone from Blake's season is going to be bette, it should be Laurina. That entire season would be hilarious!

Laurina is a riot and the real deal. She won't be Bette though I don't think considering she is in a serious relationship.

I am thinking it is still Lana unless something else happens. From last season when she was spoiled before the show aired speculated that she was put on the show to be the next lead so I think that was the endgame all along if indeed she is Bette.

It seems that the bachelorette won't be announced like it was for Sam Frost last year and so likely whomever the Bette is they won't be at the Logie Awards this weekend.

They may just announce the Bette S2 the way they did Richie (on SM) unless they they want to get ahead of the story? Either way, filming starts beginning of June so if no announcement before then they may start filming before announcing.

I'd prefer if they did an announcement like they did with Sam F for the new Bette if a returnee. Richie's announcement I guess was last year on The Project with Sasha saying it would be him but no such similar announcement for Bette.

Just had a thought that I doubt new Bette (if Lana) would be at Logies since Sam and Snez there so it would seem awkward.

Bingo AAL! I think that`s exactly the reason why the new bachelorette did not attend the Logie Awards because it is Lana and they wanted to avoid the awkwardness.

According to DM and the filming schedule we've sleuthed for Richie, it looks like finale (MTP/LCD/FRC) will be filmed this upcoming week and overseas (so like Sam Frost, Bette S1 season) so likely FRC around May 26 which means Bette Aussie S2 may start filming in 2 weeks time!

So not too long before we know who Bette is (DM will likely spoil if they don't announce it) based on the show/casting, Bette Aussie S2 starts filming in early June so without a Bette announced they may do what they did with Richie and have Bette S2 prepped and filming started and maybe announce via SM in case it gets out via SM?

Thinking maybe still Lana... Will have to keep an eye out on her SM to see if she goes quiet like Richie did...
