Omg the podcast was everything I hoped for & more. Nick on Arie was hilarious at times. Loved when he was saying “i have friends here“ and then "no chill" about certain contestants, such a witty man he cracks me up.
Also agree his advice to the woman emailung in was spot on, a good friend to have, he wd give great advice. He excels in role of wise older brother.
Now here's the thing I hv been thinking. I have only seen Nick in relationships where he is imo the one with more life experience and maturity (imo). I felt Vanessa came close to matching him in her own self confidence however there were other differences at play between them. Also imho Nick was by default~ too much charge of the relationship via being the bachelor & then her moving to his patch so to speak. I truly believe having a fully equal starting dynamic wd help a lot. Someone with the same level of insight & wisdom.
Anyhoo, whatever happens next I am just happy if he pops in to give a podcast or yt interview on basically any subject. I love hearing his take on things.

I agree with your insight on “partnership”. IMO that is exactly what he has always been searching for and I think that, as you said, someone with a ready formed self awareness and shared perspective on life would allow them to mentor each other in meaningful ways. Having similar perspectives is what cultivates that feeling of being understood without having to explain, is where “knowing each other” happens from the get go. I’ll venture to say that, in part, is what Sharleen means by cerebral connection.
The podcast was so entertaining . Enjoyed how relaxed Nick was talking about the show, something he was hesitant to do not that long ago but he now appears to have moved on from former discomfort. Loved hearing him laugh and also show his serious tough love side. A nice balance of witty and wise.  Perhaps he has more of his dad’s qualities than we were ever shown by the edit.

According to twitter Nick has confirmed he is at O’Hare. It looks like his Chicago trip was very quick.

Fun facts:
4 of Nick’s WI guy friends (David, Dustin, Marcos, Matt) follow January plus her mom and her married sister follow Nick. Because both January and Nick are in the public eye it’s difficult to know if that is a coincidence or more substantial. No clue when the follows occurred as I don’t follow any of Nick’s friends/family and the 2 Jones’ accounts are private (I did a search) however I do know that Marcos wasn’t following January in November when Nick posted his fantasy league pic.

This would also explain why Nick followed one of January's sisters on Instagram last night (I'm guessing she might have been at the party too). This photo was posted 5 hours ago.

January spent her actually birthday weekend glamping at Big Sur with her 2 sisters and 2 girlfriends. It was the weekend Nick was at the charity event. She did post a Paris pic however that was an old pic from her modelling days.

I saw Nick followed January's sister back (she had followed him already as does the other sister and J's mom as @notarose posted) so thought for sure that he was at January's birthday party and agree that's definitely Nick standing next to J's dad
