Don't break Honey Badger's heart! Nick Cummins' season of The Bachelor will star several aspiring actresses... so are they on the show for love or fame?

Contestants going on reality television 'for the right reasons' has been a consistent theme since the genre's inception.

And questions are already being raised about some of the contestants on the upcoming sixth season of The Bachelor, with several of the cast members competing for Honey Badger's heart being exposed as aspiring actresses.

Finalist Brittany Hockley, who has already been photographed on a hometown date with Bachelor Nick Cummins, has profiles on showbiz databases IMDB and Actorama.

The brunette beauty says that she's available for extra work, and likens her appearance to Hollywood icon Audrey Hepburn.

Meanwhile, multi-talented blonde Shannon Baff has an active profile on Star Now, where the lists herself as an actress, extra, model, musician, dancer, choreographer, and singer.

The future reality star lists a string of credits under her name, including work in commercials and theater, and even a paid role as an extra in horror flick Wolf Creek 2.

Shannon has also completed several acting workshops, and even finished a short acting course at the prestigious NIDA.

However, the biggest star of the bunch so far appears to be self-proclaimed 'actress and model' Cassandra Wood.

The athletic blonde has worked as an extra for Channel Seven's Home and Away for the past three years, and has previously competed in the Miss World Australia pageant.

On her recently deactivated Star Now profile, Cassandra makes it clear that she's hungry for work as an actress and model.

'I am very interested in pursuing my modelling and acting career. I have a great attitude and would love to work with new people,' she wrote.

'I am an agency signed model, signed with Gear Model management. I have catwalk experience and photoshoot experience,' she writes.

The new season of The Bachelor is set to premiere in July.

I feel as though she will get the real front runner edit like Laura had last year, they will have it out in the open that they have dated previously so everyone will be expecting her to be F1 because of what's gone on the last couple of seasons, then BAM, shock elimination at F4.

I'm curious about what DM is picking and choosing to take from here, like Sophie has been known for ages, and they haven't picked up on her at all, but they have picked up on Britt and Shannon?

I think TPTB have placed restrictions on reporting on certain contestants? Or this journalist just hasn't done their research properly.
