Happy, you made a lot of good comments, but I only want to address #5. I have begun to think that Chris' decision at the end will come down to - whether or not he is as sure as he can possibly be and is confident enough to choose Becca over Whitney, since I believe that Chris thinks he is able to "see a future" with both women. Chris has stated on numerous occasions that he is the most insecure about Arlington, Iowa being a deal breaker for ANY woman, so his biggest fear is that after reality sets in, the woman will leave him.

Since Whitney has already told Chris that she is ready and willing to move to Arlington, to marry him and to start a family with him asap, then I do see her as the easier choice for him to make. I will also add that she and Chris are both on the same level when it comes to where both of them are at in their lives. Part of me is wondering, though, if Chris is also a little concerned with the fact that Whitney seems SO certain - considering how little time that they have spent together by that point. They have probably only scratched the surface by then. Maybe he also is wondering if Whitney is just feeling that way about him because of the show's affect on her (much like him asking Becca that same question).

Choosing Becca would be risky for Chris, because she needs to take things slower, and he knows that. If she is starting to feel pressure from Chris and the producers to say ILY to him and to tell him that she will move to Arlington, then I hope that she won't give into the pressure and will stay true to herself. Then the ball is in Chris' court. He will then need to decide which woman he sees as the right one for him, based upon their limited amount time spent together.

And for Becca, all I really want for her is what is best FOR her. I think that what Kaitlyn said about Becca needing more time to experience life and to get to know herself better is true. My gut is telling me that Chris chose the woman that was willing to fully commit to him and to moving to Arlington. And, I am just not sure that Becca can honestly do that. But, I guess that the next episode will tell the tale. Will it be Whitney or will it be Becca?

I agree, GA! I tend to think he answered the question based on physical body/attributes. God made him, physically that way, so he's choosing to stay that way. As in not wasting time wishing he looked some other way or wanting plastic surgery, etc.

I don't think he was meaning mentally or spiritually, because we all have flaws. I do agree with you that there's always room for continued improvements there.

We all have our own way of looking at things. I don't judge the women on this show any differently than I do the men. A jerk is a jerk, thoughtless and inconsiderate is thoughtless and inconsiderate, a drunk is a drunk, self absorbed is self absorbed, immature is immature, a pain in the a** is a pain in the a**...no matter the sex.

I don't dislike Andi because some consider her a strong woman. I am considered a strong woman! When I started working at my current location, there were several other women who were brought in at the same time and who were also considered strong women. Management thought we would kill each other. (Which begs the question why put us all together, but that is another matter.) Imagine the surprise when not only did we get along like a house on fire, but we became friends. Why? Because we respected one another. We all had a strong work ethic and nobody had to be told to do something because we all knew our jobs and actually did it. Yes, we could be goofy and do silly stuff...but, we would get business out of the way first. Respect was the key.

I don't respect Andi...and that has nothing to do with her sex. Just like I didn't respect Jake or Ben or Courtney. It didn't start at the AFTR. It started during JPab's season. Her attack on JPab to get herself the gig was over the top and pompous in my eyes. She then proceeded to be rude to Eric...a man who had been nothing but polite and was simply trying to discuss something with her. Her reaction to Dylan talking about his family tragedy continued her self absorption and then it was capped off with the dismissal of Nick post FS and at the AFTR. All of which screamed self absorbed, spoiled brat not getting her way. (The same goes for the others.) None of them liked being questioned. All of them were rude. All of them were self absorbed. All of them were self serving.

Does that mean that there is no good in any of them? That they can't change? No, however, thus far, I haven't seen much change in Andi. She...and Josh and her friend Kelly...continued to post some not so nice things post show. Not a lot, but it continues the pattern of behaviour I have seen thus far that has led me to my conclusions about her and thus, just reinforces the previous impression I had formed. I can't respect someone that acts like that...be they a he or a she.

I don't watch the Bach and could only assess Andi based on this show alone and I watched unspoiled thru Epi #5... so I didn't come in with a defined sense of her... and I did like her in the beginning with her sharp intellect and decisive actions.
I didn't like her reaction to Eric, but it was a possible one-off for me at the time....and then...
I totally agree with your self absorbed, spoiled brat assessment post dismissal of Nick... I mean it made me sick, literally sick... and to read the behind the scenes description of her eye-rolling him at the ATFR brought my bile up again. As if that wasn't bad enough she and Josh went on to call Nick classless when all he did was say the Emperoress had no clothes. The truth is the truth. God bless the boy that he was able to stay classy after they way they tried to vilify him in the press. Many who didn’t like him before were turned. He was fearless, articulate, kind and classy.
And, now I only see a hunger for celebrity in both Josh and Andi at the expense of an authentic life… so I guess she found her match, but thumbs down. I’m with you.
