@Vjeff….I just read that. Tahnee said in the Pedestrian TV article she was used as the sacrificial lamb to protect Jay but why is that? Shouldn’t it be Holly that the show should care about the most at this point. Also in Tahnee’s Punkee interview, she maintained her defense of Holly and said she hopes to keep a friendship with Jimmy post show which I find interesting.I contrasted Tahnee’s interviews today with what was posted by the show on behalf of Jay which is kinda similar to how Jay posts motivational things on her IG prior to the show. Seems the show’s angle on behalf of Jay is that the whole thing is here-say. As poster Agent99 posted on the episode thread, seems all parties will continue to double down on their versions of the truth.

Probably sums up my level of interest in this season TBH. Did anyone watch? I've been watching re-runs of today's pressers. Auspol is the most dramatic reality TV around at the moment.
ETA: I have reviewed the tweets and it appears to have been the most boring episode ever. Except for this. This I like.

Episode 1 Quick Thoughts Only cos it's Past My Bedtime.- The new mansion's fancy. Looks like Ch 10 put their jobkeeper cash to good use

- I'm not sure the origin of Steph's pathological hatred of pilots but assume it will be fleshed out at some point if she doesn't knife him in his sleep first.
- Noting that Jimmy has a Matt Agnew-style forehead vein. Could come in handy to reveal his true innermost ~ thoughts ~
- Most of these girls would make me want to hurl myself from the nearest roof two minutes into a conversation but that's par for the course with this show.
- So Jay is clearly the early frontrunner we were warned wouldn't win and Holly got the textbook episode 1 F1 edit. Meh.
- Overall a solid first episode. Jimmy's good at small talk which is a positive - nothing worse than a wooden Lead IMO.

But Sportsbet wouldn't give Jay odds that HUGE unless they were sure she doesn't get picked at the FRC. So unless something happens to disrupt the FRC, his quotes must be red herrings I guess.
ETA: Can anyone check TAB and see if they have the same disclaimers as Sportsbet? That DM article posted by @Enough says TAB are paying 1.15 on Holly (very F1-ish odds) but I can's see it on their site.

Yes! I was trying to work out who he reminded me of, and I think the Matty J comparison is quite fair, and to be honest, that's who we need after the recent seasons. Maybe splash a little Matt Agnew in there as well. I definitely liked what we saw of Jimmy in that promo though, a bit more of his personality and fun shone through.
Got a couple of screencaps of the limo entrances and will add them to the SC thread. It's the second time they've used the black sparkly dress entrance in the promos.
