I think Dylan has the greatest right to be peeved about being "questioned" as he really dug deep to share his family history with her. That should have been enough.

He is not a virgin, at least not if one of the women from his past is to be believed. 
I personally believe he was telling the truth. 
He has a moral choice when he is given the polygraph; either tell the truth which says a lot about his past choices or he can take the chance and lie which if he is outted will also indicate something about his moral choices. It's a lose lose situation. He later says he is physically sick, that says a lot.

I was speaking hypothetically. Ha Ha! We don't know these people at all. It is just that his answer seemed a bit... off.

Ooooooooooooohhhh. Scrap it!!!!!! The way they edited that scene is what cast "doubt".

Yet we have to see the whole scene play out. I don't even think he "leaves" as that scene hints.

I don't think he leaves either.  I thought maybe his stomach was tied in knots and he went to talk with Andi about the test. Could that scene actually before he takes the test and him telling her he didn't want to take it?

Here is how I "transcribed" it on the other thread. I really don't know what to think until we see it play out. It may be no big deal at all.

Are you ready for marriage?

First shot is a knight’s armor.
Lie detector griller: Are you ready for marriage?
Dylan: Yes
Griller (but camera staying on Dylan): Have you slept with over 20 women.
Dylan: Yes.
One griller looks up in a questioning way.
Dylan (voice-over leading to PI session): It was tougher than I expected and my heart was racing every second, so I really don’t know how it will pan out in the testing. I’d like to pull Andi aside and let her know that I definitely don’t think I will make it through the rest of the day. (Shown walking to meet Andi, then back to PI session) My stomach is twisting and turning. (He looks down.)

I think Dylan has slept (had sex) with 20 women and he was being honest.  :shocked!:

On the train he was relating traumatic events and sharing his pain. Not the time IMHO anyone is gonna be making "a move". As to the polygraph test, I think he did hesitate. I saw a look of shock and then a gulp before he answered. If you watched his 1:1 with Andi, they talk about his long term gf and then him wanting "space". As a guy you may not be seeing it, but check out SM, and the women I talk with about this think he's got game. He also said he's ready for marriage. I think his family tragedies have made him think a lot about what's important, and he's grown from the guy who can "get" 20+ women to the man who wants to start a life with only one.

I think this whole date is so terrible to the guys given that's one of the questions. Is it something a girlfriend might want to ask in private, sure. But Dylan has to be thinking OK if I lie are they going to call me out on that on the show as a liar, if I tell the truth do I look bad to Andi, not to mention all the friends and family at home who you may not want to know the answer to that question. Really this ties with the other lows the show has sunk to for me. Not cool at all. I honestly would have refused that question and any others that were too personal - no matter the concequences with Andi or TPTB. If any of the guys do I will be cheering them.

That's what i was saying, i would not do it or i would refuse to answer some of the intimate questions even if it means i go home.  
So humiliating and not fun at all.
I really hope they all told her how much they did not like it.
