I don't see why TPTB would not want them otherwise. Plus, they have great edits.
Dr. C especially is listed as the first in of CH's top 5 to watch and has been given quite a lot of airtime so far -- and all good edits.
MF has tweeted to lookout for the next bachelor on K's season.
If Dr C is let go at F4 spot I could definitely seem him being pursued by TPTB to be next lead no matter what RS says.
Ben H seems to be campaigning for/supporting Dr. C saying he is one the best men he has ever met and a standup guy.

I would much prefer Chris, Ben H, Shawn.. over Josh Murray. I know we haven't seen the entire season unfold, but aside from Josh not appealing to me, I find it boring going back a season when we have potentials right here and now.

People mag posted about the guys.... here is what they have to say about Dr. C being the best human ever lived.
No way is Dr C not a contender for next lead. He has to be (especially if K has a F1 named Shawn) and he has such a great edit and everyone, including ALL the media is saying they love him. Imo, only way he won't be is if he doesn't want to be.

If I had to pick who may be next Bach (if not Shawn or Josh) it is likely to be Dr. C just based on him being listed as one of the top 5 to watch, has a great edit so far, everyone including media has positive things to say about him, and he was already shown in the first episode season preview sobbing his eyes out so we know he is going to be devastated when he leaves but there's plenty of time for him to be on Men Tell All and win people over and him being ready to find the one. He is also now following Nick on IG so after RS spoiled that Nick proposed and was rejected. Dr C seems like he has a good heart.
