I haven't really paid much attention to the filming schedule in the past.  

I'm curious about "11/10 - Ochi Riviera ballroom closed off from before dinner till past midnight as tv filming was happening there - per source"

Is that common? Why would they need the ballroom for filming other than for a RC?

This has always made me wonder. If the RC isn't outdoors but in the ballroom instead (therefore the 10th) the FDs would've had to have been:

11/7 - Caila (fireworks)
11/8 - Lauren
11/9 - JoJo (helicopter)
11/10 - RC (ballroom closed)

We will see tonight if the RC is indoors or outdoors but I can't figure out why they would close ballroom which, if I remember correctly, AuntiesLove was told, was used every night for dinner so guests had to figure out dinner for themselves that night.

ETA - Want to add that one of the magazines (sorry I forgot exactly which one) said that their source who was someone in the know (forget how they worded it but I took it to mean someone from the show but not ABC, CH or Fleiss level) said, ....blah, blah, blah and he had another fantasy date the next day.... paraphrasing. Sorry this point is rather vague, I'm going to go try and find the article.

The source said that the sign said that they were filming the Bachelor.

After watching the episode I also did not see any scenes of a ballroom. What I did see was a lot of ITMs shot (as they often are) with the kind of background that travels with the show - especially a lot of Ben. I suspect they did do filming on the 10th but not of dates - just filming of ITMs. Also - while the "day off" means they don't film a FD on that day, it doesn't mean they don't film at all. There are 3 girls plus Ben and 2 of the girls are off and they have more than one film crew so they could film ITMs with the girls who are not on a date.

Also (and I know that at least one poster commented on this in the Episode thread) Lauren mentioned to Ben when they met that it had been a long time since she had seen Ben - IIRC she said it had been a week. Her HTD filmed on 11/3 and a week later would have been 11/10 - which is after Caila's date (11/7) and JoJo's date (11/9) so that's consistent with the analysis that Lauren's FD was last - after Caila and after JoJo.

I don't think Lauren's FD actually filmed on the 10th - I think it filmed on the 11th and it was just easier for her to say a week than the actual 8 days - but whether the 10th or the 11th doesn't really matter.
