There is a 3 hour time difference between East and West coast. Then take in consideration that you have to be at the NYC or Newark airport a good 2 hours before you grab your flight. Then you have basically an hour drive to the airport--whichever you go to from NYC. Flight duration without stops is 5 hours 45 mins.
So with time change, travel to airport and security and then flight, the time involved is roughly is 5 hours and 45 mins. (time zones 3 hours washes out time for travel to airport and security).

Last year Ben did an interview with GMA at the taping of the WTA. It wasn't shown until after the f3 episode aired. It could be possible that the scheduled interview with GMA wasn't live? Also I looked into the Instagram stories, you can only post an Instagram story either in the moment or upload something from your camera roll that was captured within the last 24 hours. I also verified this with my own Instagram account.

At 3pm it was roughly 45 degrees with winds at 12 mph. I can't see having a child out and about in NYC wearing a cotton cap sleeved top. She would be freezing.

Tonight's preview in NyC showed him wearing the same white, short sleeved henley as in that IG photo above.

I live in NY. It was definitely warm today. Possible to go outside without a coat... at least for a bit.

So it's going to be live in NYC tomorrow. I just don't understand why he will fly to NYC today then fly back to LA tomorrow for the parade?
He could be interviewed from LA for GMA, correct? It just doesn't make sense to me
