I guess this is a risk when you take on a rescue dog that may have been poorly trained or treated earlier in life. Scary!

That's too bad. I kept saying to myself she didn't do the right thing, then she said it herself. I know the natural instinct is to pick them up but the dog is in attack mode at that point so anyone or anything that comes near him he's going to bite.

I'm sure he'll be fine with some training. She looks so sore and could hardly talk. I feel bad for them because it's awful when your dog misbehaves.

It sounds like she's in good hands with a plastic surgeon.
